Hi guys, how did Bradys second half performance sans deflated balls compare with the first half with the deflated balls?

Of course Cheating doesn't help them win. Just in case though they've been doing it since bellyfat joined their organisation. But it doesn't help them. Everything they've done has been so trivial. It's just that everyone is jealous and out to get them. But let me make it clear they would have won anyway all those games through the years they cheated in. They just cheated because they could and the nfl won't do anything about it.*

Did I cover all bases?

I haven't heard anyone argue against that the Colts were going to get whooped regardless. They could not stop the run for their life. The Ravens the week before though ...

Sorry I missed the part where the Patriots were found guilty of using deflated footballs against the Ravens...

Tom Brady was probably generally aware of the deflated footballs.
lol.

So Roger was probably Generally aware of the video tape that showed Ray Rice punching his missus square in the face. Probably Generally Aware.

really concise and conclusive evidence there. Are they convinced themselves?

Was Wells working with ASADA?

Either say they definitely cheated, or, they didn't.

probably generally aware. what a wank

lol

Brady also said he didn't know who the ballboy was in the lead up to the Superbowl yet the report has a huge list of gifts Brady has given him.

http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.co...both-before-and-during-afc-championship-game/

“As far as the gameballs are concerned it is well known around the league that after the Patriots gameballs are checked by the officials and brought out for game usage the ballboys for the patriots will let out some air with a ball needle because their quarterback likes a smaller football so he can grip it better, it would be great if someone would be able to check the air in the game balls as the game goes on so that they don‟t get an illegal advantage,” said the email from Grigson, which attributed that “well known” information to Sullivan.

The difference is that no one really cares about the deflated balls issue....

When it's all said and done the only thing anyone will remember is how many rings he has.

He's already guaranteed a first ballot hall of famer...

This will be water off a ducks back by the time the season starts.

That's the nature of sport.

Yes he is. But his reputation has been forever tainted.

Will this taint his legacy as a player? Probably not, no one will remember it in a few years time.

Does it cement the fact that he's a piece of shit human being? Most definitely.

Anyone thinking people will forget about this and not bring it up in 10 years time is kidding themselves. It's 8 years gone now and still whenever someone wants to discredit Joey the first thing they bring up is he had a couple of pingas.

With the evidence I've seen today I don't doubt Brady knew what was going on. Those text messages are pretty much as blatant as it gets.

He's a shit human being???

For what??

Knocking his fiancé out in an elevator??

Abusing his 4 year old son with a switch??

Being found guilty by a judge of assaulting a woman only to pay the woman not to co-operate in the re-trial??

No.... He was found to have most likely known that he was throwing under inflated footballs...

Yeah... What a shit human being he is...

Some people seriously need to get some perspective here...

Yeah but your talking about under inflated footballs as opposed to Joey who had a drug problem.

Hardly comparable...

And even then... Joeys drug habits have pretty much been forgotten...

McNally refers to himself as the deflator in May 2014 in the texts. Those saying that it was only one game ... yeah ok!

The point is though... It's your assumption that they were cheating.

Unfortunately you need more than an assumption based on TXT's to accuse them of cheating.

I'm not comparing the acts themselves, we're talking about how people talk about them once they're retired, legacy etc.

But you're right, in the public spectrum the drug thing is rarely brought up with Joey now because when he's talked about people tend to stick to on-field stuff.

As a result it's arguably worse as far as Brady is concerned because this is actually related to what happens on the field.

The thing is though... We aren't talking about PED's or something significant to the result.

We're talking about deflated footballs here.. They inflated them for the 2nd half... The Patriots dominated.

They had correctly inflated balls in the Super Bowl against the Seahawks... Guess what.... Tom Brady ends up Super Bowl MVP.

So deflated or not.. Brady is still one hell of a quarterback.

Jerry Rice is still considered by most as the greatest WR of all time.

And that's despite admitting that he illegally used Stickum on his hands which has been aknowldged as cheating.

I don't think anyone is disputing that (well I'm not). In fact another reason what the Pats did here is so stupid is because Brady and his team was so good anyway.

Who knows how the deflation of the balls affected the game(s). More than likely not much if you are just talking about the Colts game. The Pats were a far superior team to the Colts and would have been in the Super Bowl deflation or not.

Unfortunately the perception here is probably worse than the tangible result of the cheating, because we just don't know what effect it had on the game and even if it was more than one game.

I WILL say one thing though...

Brady needs to come out and just own up to it...

His bullshitting is what's making this a story.

If he just came out and admitted it... They can slap him in the wrist and move on...
