Our team is amazing across the park and it will only take one or two of our players to punch above their weight the rest of the year, just like it will only take a couple of player changes next year to completely change the culture of the club overnight. It is only mid season and if the Broncos and Cowboys (who we almost beat last week, god bless!) can rack up 20 points in that time then so can we.


The way that Mannah threw his body into the tackle that injured him on Monday in hopes of stopping our feeble submission is going to be inspirational to our team in the 2nd part of this year, that is a captain taking a stand against our soft underbelly!



The tab would love it if we could make the Grand Final too, it’s all lining up!

Yes, I have seen a few people here who are mocking this but every week they are telling people to stop being negative. If it doesn't make a difference why do they care? I guarantee that if the entire community of this forum embraced the teachings of The Secret then the Eels would have a chance but until that time nobody is going to have the generosity or success to give out cars to strangers like Oprah.

I know a friend who is into the whole secret. She firmly believe her eyes will get better so walks around half blind bumping into things with blurred vision waiting for them to fix themself.

Nothing wrong with possitive thinking. But i think you will find its more what is on your mind you will go out and do.Its like when a fortune teller tells someone what will happen.They are planting the seed/idea in there head and than the person follows that path.As soon as something remotely simmilar occurs they cling onto that idea.

H111, it is never too early to start the turn around of the Eels. If it is a placebo effect I will take as many as you can offer to turn our beloved Eels around.

I do like that Chasers video I've seen it before, I see the funny side of it but they are taking it too literally and probably didn't put in the actual real life effort apart from the skit. They may may have asked momentarily, they did not believe or receive though.

1. Ask: I'd like to see the Eels win a premiership
2. Believe: That they will win a premiership this year
3. Receive: Act like it has already happened and feel how good it would be

If we don't win another one before you die, at least you will have felt like what it would be like.
