He's actually got areas where he can improve.

He could be anything.

I s don't understand why people think wingers aren't very important in the modern game.

He makes our whole side better, and by a massive amount.

people ?

I think it was one person and he is on a sabbatical

I was concerned that Semi would be another in a long line of players who play one good year, and then fade away into mediocrity. He has done just the opposite this year, and just keeps getting better and better, and is easily one of the best wingers in the world right now. I was a bit surprised last year when he got the winger of the year award at the Dally M awards, but it'll make up for the one he will probably miss out on this year due to a poor team performance.

If he ends up as top try scorer, it may be too hard for the judges to ignore him.
Honestly, who would be in front of him at the moment?

Curtis Rona, Marika Koroibete and Manu Vatuvei have all got positive runs in the press this season and all have the benefit of playing in more games but on a per-game basis Semi blitzes the field.

Koroibete has had some woeful efforts too .... he gets absolutely massacred in defence at times

If Semi Radradra continues to improve at the same level that he has improved over this season from last season then he will one day surpass the Guru as the greatest Parramatta winger of all time.

What also should not be underestimated is Brad Takairangi's ability to constantly deliver Semi quality ball. He doesn't look like much but he does have enormous ball skills. I dare say he would've been an inside centre in the old way.

Semi is a legend - but my only 'concern' with him is the way he puts the ball down when he scores. For a noted try scorer, it is amazing how many times he appears to lose the ball when scoring a try. He seems to bounce it or put it down one handed which is very dangerous.

Also, he doesn't seem to be comfortable diving for the corner when defence is close. He mucked a try a few weeks back going into touch when he shouldn't have and nearly mucked up his second try on Saturday night by nearly putting his knees into touch - again for no reason.

I am sure the coaching staff are all over this - Burty can show him how it's done.

Burty can then show him how to catch a bomb and take a dummy half run 3 metres sideways before being dominated.

Hope he reaches his full potential.
Eric Grothe Jr couldn't.

That's because he didn't care about football.

He was too interested in his career as a failed never-was musician.

Biggest waste of natural talent in NRL history if you ask me.

I know he can't play for NSW, but wonder if he will be picked for Australia eventually. Assuming he is definitely eligible he would have to be close.

Has that ever happened ? I guess it's no different to say Luke Kelly (NT junior) being selected for AU even though he's not eligible to play origin.

Why is Luke Kelly not eligible to play Origin, but Will Chambers is?

Taka can play in the forwards and halves as well as centres. Has been a great buy to date.
