Loltzon to Manly

Like this bloke is anything but a NSW Cup signing.

Settle down.

Just be careful. I could quote myself this time last year saying Jono Wright was proof we value winning silverware in all grades, not just the NRL. And he's played 3/4s of the games and was MoM last week.

Eh. He's a utility back. Stewart, Gutherson, Lyon, Matai, Hiku, DCE, Trbojevic, Sitini, Symonds and a couple more would all be ahead on the pecking order.

I will boldly day Moltzen will not play 3/4 of next year in first grade :D

Since Manly haven't really got a 5/8 for next year, i suspect he will get plenty of game time.

And given the money DCE is on, whoever they get to play 5/8 is likely going to need to be a cheapie.

Ever heard of premiership winning 5/8 Jamie Lyon?

Moltzen was maligned at Wests. He could fit in well at Manly if he's utilised as a pure running five eighth. I don't know how he'll go after spending the last three or four years in rehab/NSW cup though, would be a huge downer for someone who was a regular first grader.

Time will tell I guess, he'll bounce back in a big way or disappear forever.

I can't imagine why anyone would sign this guy. He's had about 80,000 knee reco's and even when he's played on his very, very best day, he's bog average and a major liability just running water.

Wrong. He's a back up signing at best.

Lyon, Trbojevic, Korisou, Parcell are all on the books and would be ahead of Moltzen for the 5/8 spot.

Keep trying though :D

Thanks Manly.

Not just for Moltzen.

But for Mayer as well.

Seriously thanks.

Not everyone hates Manly anymore.

Need a new assistant coach at all? We have one pretending to be a head coach if you are interested.

Looks as though Barrett has filled his quota for 47 coaching support staff so you can hold onto Taylor until someone like Tapou drops him on mad Monday.

He was a decent 5/8 , but the Sheenius playing him fullback and 2 knee reconstructions and a broken knee cap thrown in as well definitely ruined any chance of a successful career .

Mike's reaction to Brisbane fans vag's wetting up like Niagra falls when they signed Barba. How much of his contract are they still paying ?

Basically none ... Because the Sharks were stupid enough to sign him for 800k (reportedly)

His big contract withus was supposed to kick in next year ... Thanks Sharkies.

ASADA may have even helped us get Kennedy of our books (no sure what happens with drugs suspension re: salary cap/player payments)
