Blair using his head

Initially I thought there was a fair bit of shoulder that made initial contact with Reynolds jaw.

Hard to say, as there is little footage that clearly shows the "tackle".

of course you did, an accidental headclash would get in the way of your clear anti-bronco mentality

You've yet to master comprehension of the English language?

Initial contact, make your own mind up.

If the the players were in motion and one dived on a lose ball and a defender dived on top of him , as happens 100's of times a year it wouldnt even get a mention. The fact it looked dramatic drew a penalty.

Great point:roll: so if the situation was completely different, it would have been ok:lol::lol:

Really hard for me to see if the shoulder makes contact or not. There is no doubt a head clash in there but. Even as a Broncos fan though, I feel there may have been some malice in it. If these are the only angles though, he gets for mine. The Burgess penalty was a f**king joke but.

shh, he clearly took the still frame which best supported his argument

you can obviously see the only thing consistent between those 2 images is that it is in fact a head clash

As I said initially it's hard to say.

Ignoring that basic premise, it didn't stop some of the precious Bronc fans to get their panties in a twist because I couldn't say definitively. a touchy lot aren't they.

what's so hard to say about it?

anyone watching live with an unbiased view knew it was a head clash, you just wanted to see him launching with his shoulder just like John Cena does off the ropes so he would get the book thrown at him

Not at all, basic physics will tell you that his shoulder/makes 1st contact when you're leading with your shoulder to make a tackle. You didn't study physics at any stage of your education did you. As I said you ignorant twat, it's hard to say based on any footage available. I think his shoulder makes 1st contact, not a difficult concept.

It was careless and high.

He will, if there is any consistency shown, cop a ban based on grading and any carry overs.

If not, meh typical of how the match review and judiciary are again this year.

Yep, because I am yet to mention a suspension. If it can be proven his shoulder makes contact 1st then suspend him. If it's a head clash (1st point of contact) then no suspension.

FMD you're as thick as 2 planks, or just a precious princess in a continual state of tanty, unbelievable.

What's that thing in between Reynold's and Blair's head that appears to make contact with Reynold's head? You can't defend a late high shot on a halfback, who already had a jaw injury no matter who you go for

The kind of logic severely missing from this place.

f**k me, you and so many other Broncos fans have a massive chip on your shoulder.

Nah, having a chip on ones shoulder would be meaning that we/I hold a grudge. I don't really care/ give a shyt about any other team, just my own. You can by into pigeonholing fan's as having 'chips on their shoulder' all you wan't but you're labelling your own forehead.

I enjoy everything about sport, inclusive of those wimpy opposing fans.

He obviously intended to try and smash Reynolds (which is fine, just like the Burgess thing). Doubt the intention was to hit the head though. Still deserves time.

A large portion of Broncos supporters on this forum would have defended Blair if he took out a knife and stabbed Reynolds to death. That's just the way they are.

A player has a broken jaw as a result of a clearly illegal tackle. Seems pretty cut and dried to me but the judiciary this season is a bit like a casino.

We own the NRL. Our players should't be suspended. We need them to play every Friday night on TV.

It's easier of you think of us as the Kardashians, you just have to love us no mater what we do.

Given the performance of our match review committee any decision on Adam Blair will likely be a lottery like so many other of there decisions.
