Your question was didn't I want Farah.
I answered that lol.
Ok I should correct that my next question is do we really need Farah?

Correctamundo in the highest order.it will if our forwards make enough metres and get quick play the balls

I'd rather have the NSW origin hooker over a NSW cup player.
Go onto the Dragons forum lol, most are livid and are seeing truth re Cam and his many deficiencies.
You know where I stand re Cam.
I know with my own eyes what I've seen.I rather have a young Jnr over a 30 something year old who only has two years top in him and doesn't really care about the club or has respect for who is as coach. Nothing to be proud of being a nsw origin player just saying
Truer words have never been spoken.Nothing to be proud of being a nsw origin player just saying

It's obvious the coaching staff doesn't have the same high opinion of cook as some in this forum do. If they did they wouldn't of continued on with negotiations with Farah if they were confident going forward with cook next year. It's not only the fact that we continued negotiating with Farah, it's the fact that we've continued on despite the negotiations being pretty complicated even by nrl standards. The fact that we are now paying an extra 250k on top of farahs 950k, the fact that there are no guarentees tigers will pay out in time, the rumours of clauses saying robbie can't play against the tigers etc, at this point most people would run away, but the fact that it looks that we are still continuing ahead shows we have no confidence in our current options. Farah wouldn't come without guarantees that he'll play first grade. His brother is on our coaching staff, so if he told farah 'they rate cook highly he'll be startinh next year' then you'd think robbie, with his ego and wanting to prove a point to Taylor and the tigers, would go somewhere else where it would ne easier to get a start like the dragons or sharks next year ( both looking for new hookers). If Farah comes he's coming to start. You don't go through all the trouble of signing someone like farah, with his ego and history of clashes with coaching staff, just to immediately put him in reserve grade.
This brings us on to our current hookers. People saying mcinnes leaving is him being a coward and not upto challenging farah. His being smart. His a young player looking to establish himself. He can see the writing on the wall, that the club is going through all this trouble to get farah, so it looks like he is off to establish him. His still young and developing. Cook has always been a back-up journeyman, his situation is different. Not to many clubs are looking for a mid aged hooker who hasn't established himself yet. His only choice is to stay and do what he has always done, be a back-up player. He'll be 27 by the time farahs 2 year deal is up

Alien bro you are a truth teller. Great post.I disagree. Dummy half is one of the most important positions and we have to make sure we have 2 good ones. I believe the Club is trying to get Farah because they don't have much confidence in McInnes. Cook is probably in Madge's long term plans. Cook may learn a bit from Farah, and Cook will probably play most games from the interchange, and then take over the number 9 jersey when Farah leaves after 2 years.
We won't let Cook go. Madge ain't silly.I don't blame the sharks for wanting cook, but hopefully we hang onto him..
If they had faith in cook then they wouldn't be jumping through flaming hoops to sign farah. It's obvious they aren't confident in mcinnes either. He is a young player with a lot of developing to do, and it doesn't look like the club have the patience for it. If either one of our current hookers inspired our coaching staff then we wouldn't be trying so hard for farah.I disagree.
