I dont know much about this specific even, but if a player intentionally hits a ref that should be a life ban straight away...

I dont care if "RL is his life" and all that shit. If he attacked a ref, he should never be let on the field again.

There's footage floating around on Facebook, and if it's the incident in question, it's an absolute non event. He just walked past the referee and the ref sends him straight off, if there was contact, it was absolutely bare minimum.
Should have been laughed out of the judiciary.

If it was really a head butt then gone for life. I can't imagine how the ref could mistake anything for a head butt though. Maybe a shoulder barge, but not a head butt.
