Probably not, but hard to judge... Not sure if you're mates have a balanced opinion or have an agenda stemming from consistently losing to Cam Smith and the Storm/QLD/Aust. Maybe he always got the better of them and they are grumpy retired pricks big noting themselves by talking trash about a high profile and well paid player.
Judiciary visits don't necessarily give me a reading on the grubiness measuring stick. Cam's record would indicate he's a relative clean skin!
Cameron Smith's judiciary record:
2003: Dangerous throw grade one. One game ban.
2008: Contrary conduct (head/neck) grade one. No games.
2008: Contrary conduct (head/neck) grade one. Two games.
2014: Dangerous conduct (forearm) grade one. No games.

Judiciary record might not be current but I can't recall him missing games in the last couple of seasons... 4 appearances, suspended for 3 games.... played 431 games (NRL = 333, SOO = 39, International = 41).
Stick the camera on any player for a game and you'll see a large % of them dish out crap. Cam seems to get away with a bit or rubbish, but nothing considerably more or less than other players engaging in the same activities.
I'm no Cam Smith apologist, just trying to add some perspective to the hysteria arising from a deliberate bump that occurred in a game of Rugby League.
Woah woah woah. Facts AND logic? You are not welcome here pal.
