So what you are saying is, in order to stop clubs taking NSW/Qld Cup squads to the Nines, the NRL will threaten to replace them in the event with NSW/Qld Cup sides?

No as I said in earlier post I would only allow state cup clubs that are not affiliated with an NRL team to be promoted up into the Nines.
I ultimately want to see NSW & QLD Cup totally independent of the NRL (I would totally abolish NRL reserve grade and make clubs operate with maybe a 23 man squad plus the option to bring in injury cover on loan) anyway as I hate the filthy tentacled control the NRL clubs have right throughout the code.

They are all affiliated with NRL teams.

In all seriousness, you risk turning the Nines into a tournament for park teams, which really won't have much TV value and will draw a crowd on par with a Sheffield Shield match. Better to just ignore the whingeing, and tell the NRL clubs it is a requirement to participate and that's that. If any of them pull swiftys to avoid playing their stars, well they are quickly eliminated as the Warriors were today.

You said i didn't comprehend, based entirely on your own inability to comprehend.

I agree, much suckage has occured today.
Oh get over it. Jesus. I comprehended it well. Youre the one saying he said to how it suits you. Im not doing that. Its silly.

Anyway, Storm still seem ok despite their early loss.

A 23 man squad. Half of the clubs would be out of players by the time the season started.

Although it's hard to argue with abolishing NRL reserve grade. That just has to be removed. Damn NRL reserve grade.....

Don't peak too early. Two day tournaments are never won on the first day

in this case they are won on day one
theres daylight between these 2 & the rest
Parramatta seem to be quite good at this form of the game & know how to play it well
The Cowboys have included almost all their stars & seem quite serious about winning it

lock it in
should be a terrific final too

Luke Brooks really does suck. I actually think the Tigers are awake to this now by the very fact he is not resting with Moses and Tedesco.

Really hasn't kicked on at all. Re-signing Tedesco/Moses is priority 1 and 2. Brookes will get whatever is left over.

I guess I must have been dreaming when I saw the Panthers beat the Bulldogs and then the Sharks to advance to the last 8. Geeze it looked real though.
It's more about the quality of coaching rather than the players. Knights may have won 2 or 3 games under the walkers
