We have accounted resigning out entire roster so it's a pretty straight up question especially considering the removal of Foran and choc contacts

I don't really care what the actual figure is. They may have based that on the projected 9.2 cap that was expected....

At the end of the day the point is eels have plenty of money to spend and hardly any players that need to be moved on.
