What's funny?

Reynolds has gone to the Tigers for less than Moses has gone to Parra.

Someone is laughing, but it shouldn't the Eels supporters.

He looked terrific as a hooker in his debut season though.

Reynolds is good at the attacking side playing dummy-half...

He had a lot of injuries including bung shoulders coming through the juniors, he is not a strong defender, a very good no 14, but not really a 9 IMO.

I agree with the general sentiment that Brooks & Moses struggled to play well together, both look better playing without the other one.....

So at Parra - my question would be how well Moses and Norman are going to combine, both many want to lead the team around.....

At the Tigers - Brooks is a natural leader, and Reynolds is happy to take a back seat, and knows organising is not his thing.

So clubs need to sign players that will combine well and are complementary, it isn't just a matter of signing the best available.

The Roosters among several other NRL clubs was interested in French prop Gadwin Springer as a replacement for Kane Evans but he has decided to remain in Castleford.

Also the rumours going around atm are:
Lafai to Manly
Hopoate to Dragons

Quotes from Reynolds in SMH: I definitely would have stayed for a little bit less. But when difference is life-changing, how do you say no?

Holy shit.

Go do an IQ test. You could legit get some sort of disability pension if you took the results to Centrelink.

Where has anyone said that Reynolds did not get a big contract?

He is getting $750k a year. Moses is getting $900k+ from your mob.

So once again, the question is asked - what are you laughing about? There is no disputing that Moses is getting a lot more than Reynolds. One has played Origin and the other is a pissy wannabe who has prven NOTHING yet.

keep talking out of your arse with no sources champ

moses report -730k a season

http://www.dailytelegraph.com.au/sp...a/news-story/daee05bf36b1540d560482201cc8631a

reynolds report 800k a season ranging up to 950k

http://www.9news.com.au/national/2017/04/26/11/08/josh-reynolds-to-move-to-wests-tigers

lowest reported contract for reynolds 750k

one aged 28 29 by the time he starts at the tigers with 1 rep game probably done and dusted, with limited football ability other than "he has a go" which will be no use with dodgy knees in the middle of his deal

the other 22 and likely to play 10 times as many by the time he's done

Chances of any media source actually knowing what a player is earning? 0.00000000001% ;)

Well I know Reynolds is $750k a year from a private source, not the media.

Agree I don't know what Moses' contract is worth. But I'm willing to bet its going to be more than $750k.

Even if it's not - I know which club should be happier about their signing if they were on identical amounts....

Tedesco > Roosters. Apparently gonna be announced this arvo

Shame

The best thing the Tigers can do now is win a premiership before the roosters do

That'd be f**king awesome

As a Tigers fan I'm f**king stoked with the swap.

Moses is a flaky fraud. He plays panicked and always looks rushed. He has a decent running game, a very erratic passing game and a diabolical kicking game. He has no game management and to top it off he's an arrogant little prick. He single handedly lost us that game to (ironically) Parra a few weeks ago with his kicking game after we got up by 12.

I'm not just saying that because he signed elsewhere, I never rated him and am cheering we chose Brooks. There's a reason his contract was pulled within a week of Cleary signing.

You would be hard pressed to find many Tigers fans upset at losing him. Teddy on the other hand is a crippling blow.

I guarantee Parra will be cursing him in no time.

Oh and the sweetener is Parra will now have Witty Fan in their forum every 2 seconds salivating over him.
