But, I think Moylan will be a jet, long term, and it sux that he has left us.

I agree with you, but this post will not sit well with some on this forum. (Which is cool, because that’s kinda the point of a forum)

Most of us rate our roster just fine. Would be top 4 under a good coach and a premiership threat.

That said I think our team was a lot better in most areas 12 months ago. Depth, form of most players, fitness of some players and so on.

Seriously I'm over this business of qualifying for semi final series 3 out of the last four. I am sick of when we get there we actually win the occasional semi final, get closer to the GF only to f**k it up.

Can we just go back to the good ofd days when we signed no one, or when we did it was genuine quality such as Paul Franze, Ben Roarty to name a few. Those were the days. Where does Gould get off in bringing in these nuffties, Kangeroos for good ness sake, they have no right to pull on our colours.

I now realise nothing is gonna change at our club unti we get back to where we used to be when we were truly successful Two keys being the players need to run the show and back ended deals are the norm.

Merrin and Tamou have been great for the Kangaroos and NSW since we signed them....

We pay overs to sign rep players. However they cease to be rep players for much longer (honestly Tamou never deserved his jerseys to begin with)... but their salaries don't drop along with their form for us. How is that any better than paying overs to keep the rep players we develop?

Our top 3 paid players will be Mez, Tamou and Maloney. How many of them do you think will be in our top 5 players for 2018?

I think we will be lucky if just one of them is. Im backing Edwards, Mansour, Cleary, RCG and Yeo to be better on a consistent basis. Safe bet based on 2017 form.
