Roosters offered a 2 year deal at the same rate he was on, we offered a 3 year with a bump. Likely to be his last contract with the final year there at a good rate vs trying to get a 1 year renewal at 32. Sure we have a decent team but don't be fooled. We got him because of the deal we came up with. He went on record numerous times last week saying he hasn't even spoken to Flanno about football, his half partner etc.

Doesn't matter as we have him now and he will be f**king fantastic for us.

Nope. Flanno couldn't coach robbo the block play but continued with it for the entire time. Shit coaching.

Flanno is a good coach, and a good man manager. But he has no guts to stand up to his own players. That will be his downfall.

He would make an absolutely terrific recruitment officer.

Even then some players he has recruited have been abysmal. A coach not having the guts to stand up to players will do the club no favours, players like Maloney adjusting to Flanno ball could bring simmering tensions
