No Points for a BYE - WTF!!

Don’t the teams get 2 points for their first bye but then don’t get any for the stand-alone rep weekend? Not sure - fox sports ladder has given 2 points but the ladder on NRL.com has not???

What difference does it make? If no team gets 2 points or do it's exactly the same thing. You make out like only we don't get 2 points, Widdop on the other hand had the option to take 2 points, for that matter if he took the 2 points v Sharks we would be first.

I seem to recall them saying as it is only one bye this year there was no points for it.

Better question, why are Penrith listed on top?
Same points, same differential, so shouldn’t it come back to who has scored more points? Which I believe is the Dragons 301 to 277.

Actually that was my understanding also dragonhysteria ( luv the name ) .

But for what it is worth at least the semi-finalists will had earned their places , as opposed to 4 freebies points , they will have to win their matches to get there .
