I'm still surprised by this decision to keep Jerome Hughes in the 7 long term.

He'd struggle to make most other NRL teams in any position.

To be honest it's a surprise the Storm have had as successful season as they have had. Some of their squad just aren't very good.

Olom, Hughes, Kenny Bromwich, Kamikamica, King would struggle to get a game at most other teams. Sandor Earl has seen better days.

Papenhausen can run fast, but appears to have little actual football ability.

Curtis Scott would look average in most other teams outside of the Storm.

Chambers appears to be past it.

Are we seeing the beginning of the end of the Storm?

The standard of this game is light years ahead of anything we can produce, we need more than RCG to compete against these sides. The speed of the game is ridiculous.

Papalli free to play.

Wasn’t even charged. He hit him on the chin with the shoulder, that has been a charge pretty much every week.

I’m all for him playing in the GF cause they stand no chance without him but f**k this league has an issue with consistency.

Are they scared of Ricky?????
Should have been a grade 1 and get off if clean ... Same as what Kane should have got

Yep. Melbourne have had plenty of possession and field position and roosters defence has held strong. Yet last week we folded like no frills toilet paper. These teams have far superior fitness levels to us, and obviously their defensive structures are also better.

The fact that the Storm finished so far ahead for the minor premiership really reinforces just how poor about 10 teams really have been this season. Sure they are a good team every season, but really this Storm squad is fairly average when you take a serious look at it.

They're clueless without Smith.

The decision to punt Croft so late in the season really looks like a major blunder.
