Danny Weidler said last night on 100% Footy that Des Hasler will likely being staying. Manly about to announce a two year extension but it will have some performances clauses.

If Manly did give Hasler the flick. The only other coach I could think of is reaching back to past again with Geoff Toovey. Toovey has every right to be a bit a bitter. There are alot of coaches with weaker records who seem to been given opportunities in the NRL that Toovey hasn't. So much so that he's had to take a assistant role with rugby. Toovey did inherent a good team at Manly though.

Nathan Peats signed with Leigh Centurions for the 2021 Super League season. The fact he played for NSW in 2017 its a steep fall that he couldn't secure a contract in the NRL.

Some may point to Josh Reynolds, but Reynolds would have had interest from NRL teams but just not on the ridiculous money that he was on at the Tigers.

Good little player. Always punched above his weight. Being forced out by Mitch Rein as well. Was not happy when he was pushed out of Parra due to the salary cap fiasco.

The neck injury he had was very similar to the one that turned james tamou into a representative premium world class prop to an utter pillow in his last 2 seasons with us
PJ Marsh was another. Was gutted when Brian Smith let him walk and take Andrew McFadden in his place. Marsh did come back, but was never the same.

Broncs backing up a truck filled with $ into staggs backyard,

he's got them over a barrel though. If he holds out longer they will be so desperate to avoid losing him he could get a taumalolo contract

How about the Titans though, they're quickly becoming the Manchester City of the NRL
Can’t believe I am saying it, but hope Staggs does stay. Will cost the Broncs plenty though.
.
The Titans turn around seems to coincide with the Frizelle’s taking the reigns at the club. Have been able to bring plenty of good things so the club is running well.

Honest question. Why would a centre want to play with your halves?
Not to steal Blazza’s
thunder, but if the reports of the money being offered by the Bronco’s it will let Katoni buy not only his home town of Wellington but Dubbo as well. But don’t buy em mate, I’m only kidding they’re holes.

Well there's no way Milford gets re-signed, I actually think he will struggle to get a contract anywhere.

He can't tackle, has lost his agility and his kicking game aside from the odd piece of brilliance is generally pretty poor. Where do you play him on any sort of a big money deal? It's the easiest decision Walters will make in his tenure as head coach. They can't re-sign him.

Dearden is the future of the club, he's a raw kid but he's shown his quality already at various stages but you can't just throw the kid under the bus, it takes time.

Can’t argue with this. Will be interesting where Milford ends up at, after years of patchy and terrible form maybe only the ESL will touch him.

Surely the Broncos throw the bank at Adam Reynolds.

As for Milford, he might yet stay in the NRL but I couldn't see any club offering more than 400K, even that's a stretch on his form of the past 2 years... But he could yet come good and might end up being a steal for someone...

it’s a crime against the game what the broncos coaching has done to milford. One of the most exciting players you’ll ever see coming through the u20’s with Canberra and it’s slowly been coached out of him to try and turn him into cooper cronk.

Why would Dearden re-sign? If the cash is similar at the cowboys he should run there to get out Brisbane. The pressure on him to perform will just be crippling for a developing player.
