It kills me. All a team has to do is lift and we are gone
Weak as piss, you just have to stay with us and muscle up and you get the win. Our attack is u8’s stuff totally embarrassing. How Arthur Jr is in the side is ridiculous he’s at least 2 years away from being anywhere near first grade standard.

And lol @ super coach taking off our best player Mahoney for Dill Smith and leaving on his handbrake son.

Well i think the nrl has a f**kin screw loose

Watching the game does anyone actually think one team had virtually 70% of the ball? Seriously. Think about what we watched for 2 seconds.

That never happens ... and the only time it gets vaguely close to happening is blow outs when a team is scoring try after try.

Will Penisini had a great debut.

good tough runs, dangerous in attack

will be starting centre next year I reckon (actually if Fergo is out with a rib injury, I wouId be keeping him in the side with Blake to wing)
I’ve heard this a lot tonight about will. He didn’t look outstanding to me.

We got beat by a better team on the night. I didn't think we were bad, they just played better. Give the raiders credit.

We where garbage in attack.
We don't spread ball or have any exciting plays. No going wide spread with a nice offload. Most our offloads are pass backs. Not one that put guys into a line break.

Waqa was average but he gets shit ball. Wouldn't matter what centre we had. I haven't seen us give him any space once in 12mths.

Maybe we need Moses more than a lot of fans think. Very conservative in the first half, flat in attack and no direction. I think Gutho is carrying an injury as well.
Agreed. I don’t subscribe to the Moses downhill skier theory. I think he is a top 10% player in the NRL. I think he can go missing at times but overall runs the team very well.

Disappointing game overall. Jake‘s limitations we’re there to see, and they were targeted.
At the end despite the opposition constantly inside the 10, we didn’t move the ball quick enough to get outside them.
Nrown catches the ball, we win, Sivo dives rather than trying to power over , we win.
The struggle to take advantage of field position inside the 20 is a killer, as before fresh ideas and tactics needed, and a more Experienced back up 7.

The first half we were far too conservative, too much one out stuff and they bashed us. Canberra got some confidence and stayed in the game and out grinded us.

It’s the same old story with the same old coach and his same old assistants with the same old game plans. Nothing changes but they expect a different result lol.

Best to go off tackles... 376 to 439

yeah Arthur wasn’t great but don’t think Cartwright (or any other option) wouId make any difference.

think it comes down to Drown. He isn’t up to controlling our attack at this stage (when is the attacking zone)
If you don’t think Bryce would improve our attack (and I can’t believe im saying this) AND be a better option in our defensive line then I’m not sure we’re watching the same players.

The rule is he can’t come within 10m before he touches it. Dylan was about 5m away chasing the kick when the Canberra player touched it.

I reckon he was within ten meters when the ball was kicked, so what's he to do, disappear?

Or not make a play at the ball?
