Seriously, to win Game 2and not just pick a totally different side top to tail, they should go with:

6. Luai (as he had try assists in Game 1)
7. Reynolds
9. Api
14. Hynes (have Reynolds give Api a short break at dummy half - Cook unlucky)

Then when Api comes back see who of Luai/Reynolds most needs a spell, and ditto when that one comes back on for the other/Hynes.

And if they don't cut it, then change everything up indead rubber Game 3!

Hynes is shit and showed it in his short minutes in game 1

I think he deserves another chance mainly because he isn't part of the Penrith crew and is a nice bloke.

Steve Crichton was just as bad game 1 in his 15 min stint last year. And got a promotion to the starting team.

That's worked well hey Freddy/Brandy.

Wouldn’t be surprised to see RCG get named now he’s made a miraculously recovery. Especially with Cleary gone who seems to be the one that has the issue with him

f**k I hope not.
We only just got him back, and his fill-ins are now also injured. We don't need him to be missing more games.

Bit harsh judging a half/fullback who was forced to play in the centres.
Freddie had it all wrong picking him on the bench, he was always going to be useless unless he plays in the halves.
I think he is better than Luai and should have been there instead of him the whole time.

Not harsh he can't defend for shit even at the Sharks and that's one thing you can't be bad at in SOO.

Then stick someone next to him that can defend.
It's one thing to have a half who ain't great in defence in the team (many great teams have had them - Thurston and Lockyer to name just a couple) but having a centre that can't defend is worse. They have too many one-on-one opportunities to be shit at defending.

Hynes is an excellent attacking half, which is what we were missing in game 1.

I’d argue Moses is an excellent attacking half, a much better kicking game and better defence.

He isn't in the same stratosphere as the guys you mentioned he also is an average attacking half and plays the Fullback role at the Sharks in attack. Kicking game is average at best.

Cleary deserved the Dally M last year but the media handed it to Hynes.

Yeah, cause the media hates Cleary.

Hynes on the bench is the most ridiculous choice. He starts or doesn't play and cook on bench.
Game 1 they where not far off. Bombed 2 certain tries. That Canberra forward gave away dumb penalties. Teddy won't play that bad again.
Nsw forwards marched up the field easily. I think just a few to many big boys amd need a bit more mobility.
Martin and Murray have to be starting with Yeo.
Haas and Jnr also starting.
JAC isn't origin level. Fast but makes zero meters carting up the ball. If Nathan was fit I'd not make a heap of changes. I however would prefer Walker to Luai who I don't rate that highly

The word around the grounds was that Moses had one hand in the 7 jersey for NSW, but Api just breaking his jaw may change plans. It brings Cook into the team at 9, so they may decide to go with Reynolds/Walker for combos sake.

I just want Moses to play for NSW to see what our side looks like with him and Brown missing 😂
