To me thats the difference of blokes like Konstas and the experience of Boland.

Konstas went for the t20 mentality in Shield thinking he's got Boland covered, but Scotty too smart knowing he'll play a silly shot, aimed for the stumps and look what happened.

If kids coming through are playing like this in shield cricket, then we're in big trouble.
