What is mind blowing is the terrible display by the Dems, Trump did an introduction to a wife is a slain police officer , and said he will pass an order that would mandate the death penalty for any criminal murdering a police officer, and the Dems didn’t applaud or stand to confirm that it was a good policy. terrible but not unexpected from the Pelosi led side of American politics
Death penalty aside I'm sure that we all support appropriate penalties for attacks on police officers (or anyone for that matter) by careful and measured responses delivered by the judiciary. It sure would be a shame if someone had pardoned a large group of people responsible for mass attacks on police officers wouldn't it, I'm sure you dell would be as keen as i am to tell such a person that their actions are repugnant and surely you would not stand up and applaud such an individual.

Wong would need to move to the lower house to be PM

Tanya as our second female PM after Albo retires could work
Does'nt have to move to become leader in Opposition. 3 years to pick and choose a safe electorate before running for PM.

To paraphrase a true ALP icon, she's all tip and no iceberg.... Might be even more shallow and populist than Albo....
She’s possibly populist to the hard left of the party and the Greens , not sure she has much support in the suburbs in particular. She’s an inner city icon in a sense.
