No. He means shaggs.
Possibly. I’m not a physio, but in the industry.

Couchman from the dargons did an ACL today as well.

I don’t think any type of training method contributes.
From the outside I feel like the sports science guys have it pretty dialled in at the sharks. Could be a little faster but power wise we are at the top.

Dykes is an outlier for our rehab programs. Constant knee issues pre ACL and post ACL might be more to do with familiar traits.

My daughter tore her ACL, MCL and Lateral Meniscus at basketball last Sunday. Standard bump off, lay up after driving to the basket. Same move she has done a thousand times.

Thanks for the post. Honest assessment of the injury always helps calm the farm.
I look at Dykes and just pity him - he must be a mental mess

Don’t write Dykes off just yet.
He said not long ago he was training and close to 100%.
I’m sure the club are being extra cautious with his return.

Frenzy.

Dykes had either a MACI, an OATS or a PJAC. That is last ditch desperation surgery to try and grow cartilage in his knee from cartilage cells harvested elsewhere in his body. They might have even done microfractures under the cartilage to try and get some blood supply.

Depending on which one he had it's 4-8 months after surgery before return to sport. He's been out way longer than that.

Hopefully he had an OATS (osteochondral autograft transplantation) which has the highest return to sports rate and the mid range return of 6 months.

He's had this on top of ACLs though so it's pretty complex.

Absolutely. They have to be.

I wonder if he is doing any pivot training yet.

I would be making a play for unsigned player not a fullback by trade but I believe he is better then Kennedy and is available mid season we would prob need $400k
