Ramsey
Wramsy will be our long term fullback. Let's hope he is again ready in 2026. Plenty of young junior fullbacks coming through available for depth.

Hass
We have a great crop of young forwards coming through. So pay overs for Hass to lead them and show them the way.

Halfback
To me it looks like Reed will be our long term halfback. So promote him now so he can learn the trade at NRL level.

Five-Eighth
In 2026 there will be plenty of depth at 6. Atkinson, LKT, and Ah Kee. This season give LKT the JOb, and in 2026 let Atkinson and LKT fitht it out. However, I believe that Ah Kee will eventually secure the NRL five-eighth position at the Dragons.

I really hope Ramsey can make it back to NRL level, however, there are hoops he has to jump through first, including getting approval from the NRL to register a contract, and being able to insurance approval also.
These are just a couple I could think of.

It's not just determined on how well he's playing in KOE Cup.

Again. I will say I hope he can, as he is not just a good player but a genuine inspiration.

Really don't know how they let him just wander off ...... Had him all those years , perceived with him the club had big raps on him , and just as he was for filling his potential they let him go ......... Complete wank ........
Losing Lomax will go down as one of our worst ever and hurt for many years. He still has such a long career instead we have Holmes who looks a shell of himself on 800k+ for 3 years. Shouldn't happen thanks Flanno

The day we give up on Ramsey will be the day another club offers him a contract and gets it approved by the NRL.

Would have been worse if we had lomax on 800k a year, playing half as good as Val in the centres. Zac is a winger and who realised that? NSW can thank Flanno. Only this time without sarcasm

thoughts everyone?

He deserves another based on performance but we also need him. We will have mostly forwards in their second or third year next year and they will need an experienced leader with pride in the club - JDB is your man.

Not sure exactly everyone's contract situation but players like RFM, Lawrie, Guler are the types you cut if you can.

Sounds unlikely the club has it so clear cut on the matter but they should sort it out now. How often do players want to play for us specifically these days and he gives 100% when doing so. Same Liddle.
