Christian Crichton wasn't a midget. He's only an inch shorter than Jesse.

Its more in comparison to their brothers anyway. Casey has the body to be a superstar, similar to Critta. Jesse may well end up a decent player, but he doesn't have a build that screams superstar.

He did look promising when he first came through like he'd be a genuine first grader. They could be our Morris Bros. He'll probably fade out though is the more likely option.

Haas is going to have a look around. We should sack every forward not named Yeo and pair them both up with minimum contract rookies.

Things like ruck control and angles matter in defence. The elite middle defenders come up off the line at good angles consitently so they can pressure and still be hard to step, to not let that slip under fatigue. Understanding how important it is to get up off the ground and get to marker, to kick pressure as hard as they can even when they feel thier gassed to make an extra effort to empty the tanks. To build up their stamina over multiple pre seasons.

Those things along with getting up for games mentally every week take time to build. It's not something an entire teams of rookies would.

Get a good 9 and move Kenny to the bench.

He hasn't always executed correctly, but its felt like Sommo was close to clicking in a big way. Kenny looked really comfortable just running and tackling hard too. The dynamic really seemed to work and I'd like to see it given more time to develop.

That said, Liddle is off contract and would be perfect for that kind of role.

It gives the opposition an extra thing they have to prepare for defensively too. If you know you're going to be facing 80 minutes of Kenny at hooker you can be pretty streamlined in your defensive preparation. Having an extra point of attack that needs to be watched for should theoretically give everyone else a bit more room with the ball.

Definitely and when he just delivers he's very very sharp and gets the ball perfectly for them to run onto it. He doesn't pass to the man but ahead of him and on the chest. It's such beautiful delivery.

Yes. Cameron Smith has a lot to answer for with that skip to the right from dummy half then the pass back to the left in front of the player who played the ball.

Kenny just needs to pass early or run. When he does that run and then pass shit he doesnt attract defenders, he just consistently delevers hospital balls, i dont know have the middles keep copping it tbh. I like Kenny a lot but he doesnt have that in his game. Pass or run, he cant try and do both though.
