Some of these posts are very reactionary as there are merkins like this senator who jumped to conclusions or perhaps even purposely shifted the narrative. As always in the USA, the blame game starts. If it's not politics, it's guns.

Yeah the hypocrisy is quite funny actually from an outsiders point of view.

America is a time bomb that's exploding and its the loonies over there who didn't want trump are the ones creating and fueling the fire as much as the trump supporters.

Why is it always LA that is always rioting.

Are they the only one or does it get more coverage then other cities over there when shit hits the fan because its the biggest city on the west coast and closer to Australia with more Australian links there.

Or they have the most idiots creating the most damage.

In the 80s on a single low/medium income my parents where able to build not one but two homes. One on the water amd the other a 5 acre property and raise a family.

Now imagine someone taking home $1,300 a week doing that.
You'd have to be making a min of 600k a year to achieve similar. Unsure that would even cut it.
It's only going to get worse. And forget inheritances. People need individual goals and purpose to keep them going. Just floating around waiting for a hand me down is a fairly empty existence.
We can blame mental illness all on social media but this has equally just as much to blame. The great AUSTRALIAN dream is over. Work now just to eat and pay rent for most.
