Fair call. I didn't know that. Why do you feel sorry for Greig. He’s been suspended 6 times in 1.5 seasons. Already on his 3rd this year. Never going to play NRL when you can’t stay on the field in cup

I've been a huge fan of Emu but his time has come. He seems to be forever getting suspended and is probably too slow for today's game. If used like NAS he could have been great but it wasn't to be. Good luck Emu.Bit rough on those players mate. Greig in particular I feel sorry for.
They did both play their best footy in 2023, though that's more a sign that we were weak enough for them to get an opportunity.Because behind every player, there is a family who's looked after them from Under 5s.
It's a brutal sport and a business so I understand some tough decisions are required but as fans we forget this when a player is negotiating hard for his paycheck. It's entirely possibly if this run of injuries for Moses continues, he might be shown the door in 2027.
Talking about specific players
I thought Greig, Cartwright were starting to bloom at the end of Arthur's era.
This is likely his last significant contract so it's understandable that he has hung onto it. I f**king would if it was me. And if we were the Dogs we would be able to offer him something else to get him to agree to retire and free up the cap space.Lane and Lussick are both past it for different reasons.
Dunster should probably have retired or gone to Union after he recovered from injury. He was never going to play again.
This is where a certain type of resourcing (not officially connected to the club) comes in handy. He accepted a job offer in Queensland in January so had no reason to buy into anything ryles sold him , rather moronic it's taken so long to get him off the books
*Long*Summer
Pursue his stolen bag maybe???

HahaPayne Hass
Big Tino
Dave Fifita
Anderson & Wilshart from the Storm
Jacob Kiraz from the Dogs
Jarome Luia from the Tigers
HahahahhahahahaChairman with balls that bleeds blue & gold i am thinking Ray Hadley & a head of Football that will bring players in that being Peter Sterling
Looks like he gets one last chance. It's a shame really.....I thought he stepped up a couple of years ago when RCG had that nasty groin injury and thought he would really develop into a mainstay after that however for whatever reason he has regressed.....he even got himself in the best physical shape this offseason but it hasn't amounted to anything unfortunately.

.....hope he makes the most of this!was that 6 months ago.He accepted a job offer in Queensland in January so had no reason to buy into anything ryles sold him , rather moronic it's taken so long to get him off the books
Its actually embarrassing Sharon Woods played 14 origins and 17 tests for Australia.Tbh I wish you blokes kept picking Aaron Woods. They were glory days. Billy no doubt gives as good as he gets but he had more go about him in his little toe than Woods did.
Billy the wankstain is the dirtiest merkin to ever play the game, still don’t know how Klemmer didn’t sit the merkin down when he kicked him in the head. At least Jarryd gave him one on the chin.
Billy still living in those Glass houses
No more was I but I'm excited. Maybe Ryles gave thought to the fact his middle could not break, nay bend The Dogs line last game. Emu off the back fence might be quite a spectacle. Ill be cheering. He may also think the improvement shown in team D might offset Emus lateral movement. Riley will do his tackling. Was NOT expecting this!!.....hope he makes the most of this!
