They have some good food and that’s about it. I tell you this, the women ain’t too great and that’s my main complaint.

You are not wrong I always seem to eat nice food. I had a $75 steak last night and it was super nice, not with $75 though.

Seriously the demographics are so different. Half the chicks have horrible haircuts or shaved heads as I think they are more worried about their pronouns than looking nice.

Yeah we bought a house here a couple years ago. We are very lucky and look over the water which is lovely.

We were in Bondi and the equivalent house size is probably $15mil. Worlds gone mad.

I enjoyed the dining options, AFL at the MCG on ANZAC Day and it's proximity to the Yarra Valley.

Spent a lot of time in Bleak City for work, but looking at the options it’s not that impressive for me

not interested in F1, moto GP, tennis,horse racing , afl and test cricket. I’ll agree the dining options are good , Coffee not bad . Sorrento is nice, Ocean Road and that’s about it.

It pretty much was like that. I saw it every day. My kids daycare was right behind it.

It’s just a big hole in the ground now (the leagues club, not the daycare).
