Because men have certain skills and physical attributes that can be used to their advantages and women have different ones.
Being that females are nurturing it makes sense they are childcare teachers. Men are hunters and providers. This is never going to change as it's in our DNA.

And most jobs both sixes can do equally well but there are still plenty that are suited to just female or males based in genetics

People tend to forget how f**ked up the world was as recently as 80 years ago. Sure, there are geopolitical threats and domestic policy challenges but life is infinitely better now than it used to be.

Yes agree. We can travel the world, try different cuisines, have access to information, can communicate with people all over the globe. Its also safer.
We are similar age and probably got the golden period. Id say the 80s - 2010 where the best years for living in Australia.
Whilst it's still great it's on decline for sure.

There's a wider issue here and I'm going to say it the way I think.

1. I don't think that men should be in pre-school scenarios because males have a history there (v females).

2. You will find that all males will be excluded from child care centres regardless of their character.

3. There will be a flow on effect into primary and high school teaching roles for males, meaning we will end up having all female teachers.

4. There's a distinct possibility that many children won't have a male role model in their lives until whenever.

This will not happen.
It’s discriminatory.
