Argh, so building to your usual personal abuse.
Have a look at the first-grade team and its performance today - that's reality.

"Usual personal abuse?". If that was the case I would have called you a dullard who doesn't know the difference between your and you're.

When Roosters fans are out in force saying it’s a hip drop you know it is! Atkins saw it he just chose to ignore it! Time and time again with this muppet the club needs to put in a formal complaint f**king enough is f**king enough too many times with this bloke and it’s not a coincidence anymore the moron has form!

Just watching second half back Arrow on report for that please Atkins obviously tipped off Wyatt to put it on report it was just a normal tackle no high contact.

Manly try after half time Arrow probs wouldn’t have got there but for a brief second I think Arrow lost sight of Turbo as the Manly player in front was obstructing Arrow view for half a second. I’ve seen plenty of those given no try when they run behind their own player like that

A bye off next week is nice.

Ryan Gray over Pete today was a fair dinkum piss take. I don’t care what anyone says that was stupidity. Pete mightn’t be long term answer but he’s ten times the player Ryan is.

Ryan Gray is Ron Massey Cup standard. Some of Wayne selections have baffled me.

I’ve now come to terms with we might not win another game and it’s depressing we are back to the dark days. Same as last year. In fact we might win the spoon this year.

Our club has been ruined and heads must roll for that. If we keep going as we are and the powers that be bury their head in the sands nothing will change.

Even Wayne can’t wave his magic wand right now it’s beyond that! See they thought Wayne could mask over their **** ups.

Recruitment and retention been a massive **** up im looking at you Ello and Solly show yourselves and face the music you can’t just blame injury it goes deeper than that.

Moale 9 for 59
Arrow 9 for 58
Host 8 for 47
Hubner 7 for 34

No metres in the forwards. Big issues.

Surely the powers that be can’t be happy with our pack. This is where our issues start.

Aitken has underwhelmed too and Keppie we all know etc……

Hubner is there for his defense but he misses a lot of tackles from the stats I seen. Plus Wayne doesn’t play him big minutes. (Issue with fitness perhaps)

Host showed why he hasn’t played a grade all year and shouldn’t be seen again, just start to blood Fletcher.

arrow needs to go back to the front row, he was useless out wide.

Moale frustrates me but it isn’t all his fault, it’s hard to improve and grow when Wayne gives you NO minutes. But he still needs to do his part and keep driving his big frame through the line

The Loft states:
Watching lower grade highlights with Mavin, D. Browne, and Chapps opponents appear to have plenty of aggressive, sizeable forwards. Parramatta in particular have an abundance of them. The Q/ posed is thus: why is the club not pursuing some of these guys?
Moale, Kelpie, Tatola et al appear stuck in boue. Again why are those opposing tearaways not being hunted?

Poignant observations indeed.
The Big Picture Q/ is this: should the team continue to play one out lifeless football, and continue to lose, how is it possible to enter an off-season having the same Status-Quo when the squad has gone say 1-12 or worse in its last 13 games? That Staus-Quo includes The Coach.
From where The Loft views matters, there seems to be no fire or intensity stemming from The Coach whatsoever, just identical post-match comments. Could it be that the man's mind is already elsewhere and that he would like an early exit to focus on that elsewhere? When teams continually turn the football over and show little enterprise when attacking, there is zero focus but this is what we have at present. How many dangerous red zone high punts or short Reynolds style attacking kicks has the team made? Not many yet we have two tall timbers in Munroe and Graham, yet we do nothing to exploit their reach advantage.

Well if they’re happy with our pack I am not sure how much we improve. Solly the other week said they were quite happy with where we are at going into next year who knows whether that’s the actual truth though.

If not much changes I won’t get my hopes high going into next year at all. Cant win games if you can’t make metres and can’t defend well enough.

If Cody misses as much footy as this year it seems Humphreys and Sullivan is the plan for the halves and with us hoping Glover is up to first grade. If that’s what we go with we will struggle again if Cody can’t stay on the field.

We are becoming like the Tigers and Titans

Souths are 0 from 17 this year when it comes to winning the Average Metres per set stat. So they have lost the arm wrestle every game

They need to sign players who can win the arm wrestle before they sign spine players. Souths signed Dodd last year and for next year it is mostly spine players who they have signed so far. Spine players can't do much if you don't win the arm wrestle first

Overall Souths are too small, slow and weak. You want big, fast and strong to win the arm wrestle

Im not convinced with munroe he keeps coming in from his wing and alot of breaks and trys are scored

We were in negotiations with storm prop kamikamica which would have added good size.
But for whatever reason the talks collapsed

Not all Munro fault look what’s happening inside of him too..
Most times he comes in to help not to block a gap, he should trust his inside man to do the job and protect the wing, and if his inside centre stuffs up its not his fault, every team targets his wing, and more importantly why have the coaching staff not addressed this.
Now they want to send bennett on the kangaroo tour, this is so wrong,we need him here to organise the rabble not tire him out on a tour,i protest

I'm not one to criticize the signings of backs for the future, we need the depth.
What I will criticize is our lack of forwards. I know you can only sign what's available, but surely over the last few years we could have signed one or two big boys.
I think it's long overdue that we sack the recruitment staff and start fresh. Maybe a new set of eyes can get some names in.
But the new era under Wayne is showing the same frustrations as previous coaches - lack of size, lack of metres and non-stop injuries.

Still doesn't alter the fact you don't understand the difference between 2 distinctly different words, something most children can understand.
