As an offensive coordinator myself I coach my players who are playing fullback, 5-8 and half to all be on their toes for a line break. If one of them isnt the first to react and be in position to receive a pass then I have them all running laps at training while the other players towel whip the bare backsides.

Pussy coach, I use a cat-o-nine tails with lead weights on the end. Cattle prod also works wonders. Get with the program!!!

Need to raid their juniors now as not much opportunity to play in NRL with their team atm as have settled roster.
