Agree. We’ve had a pretty awful time since 2012, but still nothing to show for it..

I can only imagine how awful it must feel for tigers, knights, eels fans etc who have multiple spoons..

I mean, I can imagine how they feel..

But not feel sorry for them..

It was their choice to follow those teams..

Obviously, in hindsight, we should never have formed a JV with Illawarra. They were on the way to bankruptcy. We could have formed a partnership in which Illawarra joined the NSW Competition and became a feeder club to St George.

In return, St George could have joined Illawarra in buying up junior Clubs and offering scholarships to junior players. WiN Corp could still have been involved with Illawarra and still had their sort after tax deduction. A much tidier arrangement that would not have damaged our brand so badly.
