2025 Pacific Championships draw announced

The National Rugby League (NRL) has today announced the draw for the 2025 Pacific Championships to be played across three countries and four consecutive weekends in October and November.

New Zealand v Samoa

October 26 - Suncorp Stadium
Tonga v Samoa
Jillaroos v Samoa

November 2 - Eden Park
New Zealand v Tonga
Kiwi Ferns v Jillaroos (article says this is November 1, but surely that's a typo)

November 9 - Commbank Stadium
Men's and Women's Finals

Pacific Bowl: Oct 19 - Nov 2 - Santos Stadium, Port Moresby
Men: PNG, Fiji, Cook Islands

Women:
PNG, Cook Islands, Tonga

Surely we are at the point where the final can be at Suncorp or Allianz. Any combination of Australia, NZ, Tonga or Samoa will be able to pull 35-40k for a final.

There's a lot of PI fans in Brisbane and Sydney, the crowds will be good. They are balancing catering to the Tongan and Samoan fans in both Australia and New Zealand

Yeah - two. France v Jamaica in Albi in October and Cook Islands v South Africa in November. They’re the final two places for the tournament.
