Unfortunately for PENRITH they have to play a team outside the bottom 6 for the 1st time in 6 games and only the 3rd time in 11 games.

Melbourne comfortably
Since round 9 Melbourne have only played 3 games against top 8 teams - 2 x against the Sharks, and once against the Broncos.

This game will be played at a fast high pace but neither side will really want to show the other too much. Probably the GF preview which I'm sure all neutrals will be stoked about.

Panthers to win this comfortably I reckon. Storm have been mostly average away from home all year and are without one of the best players. Not convinced Munster still has what it takes to step up without Hughes.

Agree on this. Storm have been largely dissapointing this year. If they played their best they win this comp on their head and lose 2-3 games all year.

I think Penrith are back but have played 2 teams placed above 11th in 11 weeks. Storm won the corresponding game last year but then lost the won that matters. I do think Penrith probably need the win here a bit more to show that they arent this years flat track bullies.

Hughes too big a loss, Munster and Paps are down on form, Harry cant do it all on his own. Panthers by 10.

Yeah, nah they'll probably rest half their team in Rd 27, which will be their last defeat in 2025.
Doggies with sexton and Mahoney would be their biggest threat

Canberra if they don’t let the pressure get to them which is unlikely

Penrith are way below previous years the fact they have a shot at the title is ridiculous

Lols Roarters have only played 3 above them in the last 10 weeks … but but Penrith
Well first off we have had 2 byes in those 10 weeks so it's 5-5 in the last 10 games in regards to playing teams above us which given we are exactly in the middle on the ladder, it would be the expected result.

I'm talking about Penrith's last 11 games, not 11 weeks and the heavy dose of bottom 6 teams in that timeframe. You will have to excuse me for doing so in a Penrith gameday thread.
