Yeah it’s a good result for us. It’s kinda weird because I see so many people talking about how we haven’t been that good (and I tend to agree) but we’re a decent chance of being minor premiers with by far the best for and against.

The big question is can we stand up in the big game. It feels like every year we are potentially the best team alongside the panthers but just don’t have that extra gear to kick on.
I'm very surprised Storm won tonight. I tipped Panthers by 12. But yeah, I feel like they've been inconsistent, at their best Storm & Panthers are still the two top teams as much as I'd like to see the Raiders take it all.

Edwards what a dud , especially this year. Never been in the top 3 FBs in the game, a media choice rep player that should be left in club land.
Not just the dropped ball, but running out to the kicker was not his job, he should have stayed , but then he would have missed grant anyway

was an unfortunate extra time period for him, drop, missed tackle on the line break soon after then letting the hooker stroll by him for an easy try

If Panthers have a 2nd half like tonight next week, we will kill them. Although strangely if we are ahead at half time we will probably lose...

Oh forgot to post this.

That Grant penalty is one of the most disgraceful calls in the history of sport.

Everyone knows it. Utter garbage. Penrith miss out again.

The Mountain men will have to do it the hard way. No issues for me. Gotta have some fun in 2025.

Oh please, you can hardly call yourself neutral when it was your man scoring the winning try. If I was Harry I'd be playing with my own balls all night.
putrid when wearing purple :(. Even if he was my actual man there is no way in hell I could support them ha

LOL.

Your bloke doesn't move to make an illegal block, the penalty isn't given.
Simples. Just like you.

Interesting you point out Talagi and Mclean for special treatment when Baldwards was the one who melted in the dying stages
Yes of course I was pissed with him as well but I know that's a rarity for him and not so sure about Blaize.

The comeback would have never started if Talagi had the sense not to pop a needless pass when we were relatively comfortable at 12-4 up. Mclean and him cost us wins earlier in the year against crap teams who aren't even getting near the finals and we're unlikely to make the top 4 because of those dumb losses, like in Round 5 v Cowboys when Mclean forgot how to draw and pass with the game on the line. They may have both improved a lot but I don't think they've improved to the degree that they can be premiership winning players or even play in a GF. Not yet anyway.
