Lol, that's all they've got. Desperation as the world turns against the current Israeli government.

The next Israel election is due in October 2026 - when the citizens will reject Netanyahu and his right-wing, expansionist, war mongering ways.

Lots of people also don't realise that the Palestinians voted for and continue to support Hamas.
Lol, their last elections (for president of the Palestinian authority) were held in 2006.

The only thing keeping any Palestinian people potentially supporting Hamas these days is Netanyahu's continued incursions outside Israel's internationally agreed borders and into Gaza and West Bank.

And of course, the manner, style and costs of the incursions.

Extremely troubling to say the least with no viable long term solution.

Hopefully we are closer to a ceasefire in the Ukraine.

Yes, the Russian invasion of Ukraine land has been let continue for two long. Good to see some proper world leaders from Europe (i.e. not Trump) backing Zelenski in during his White House visit.

Bizarre that Trump is appearing to run betwen Putin and Zelenski, instead of playing any role to bring them together and actually solve this. Donald should GTFO and let real world leaders pressure Putin's Russia to step back.

Ive made my position clear that it is better to try to accommodate Putin’s reasonable demands than persist with the ongoing death and destruction.

For example, it’s not unreasonable for Ukraine to be prohibited from joining NATO which was an undertaking given by the US in the 1990s.

Realpolitik

Land is of no use to dead people.

I share Trumpys frustration with both sides and hope he can resolve it.

It's not unreasonable for Russia not to attack a sovereign nation, who gave up their nuclear weapons for such arrangement......

BTW Russia can end the war right now, if they wanted to...by leaving Ukraine...

They aren’t leaving, so any expectation they simply withdraw won’t bring about peace any time soon.

It’s unfortunate but thats where we are at.

They aren’t leaving,

Well, they f**king should.
They invaded a sovereign, completely unthreatening country and have continually taken the piss out of agreed previous security agreements of which they were a signature to.
If they win this or obtain any sort of land grab through a peace agreement, where will they stop in the future?
History tells us they won't, particularly under a tyrant like Putin.
Putin is playing Trump for the fool he is.
Thank God Europe is standing behind Zelinsky. It's Europe's security at stake as well.

Putins favourite Beatles song isn't Back in the U.S.S.R. It is
" YESTERDAY"
I reckon that tells you his thoughts.

On a side note I have been contacted by the West Tigers to complete some extremely high tech works at their centre of excellence next Monday.
I was highly reccomended and will be dressed to impress and plan to be wearing my brand new ANKO hi - vis jumper.

That’s your opinion, but I think the Ruskies aren’t leaving.

It’s simply unrealistic at this point.

The reality is that the Ruskies are going to carve off a chunk of the Ukraine and impose some conditions.

They could obliterate Kiev in a day probably.

I’m sure Trumpy is trying to minimise it, but he may well give up and then it might be open slather.

I think we should stop the war first and work out the details later.

Someone else here said you were very good at your job.

If you have any kindly stories afterwards please share them.

I have an insider, but he’s full party line and it would bring a lot of discredit to me if I ever asked him for secret things.

He likes working at the Wests Tigers.

I’m glad someone does lol.

Only with nukes.
They claimed they would take Kyiv in 3 days. We are now heading towards 3 years. They are muppets.
No chance of them taking Ukraine without using nukes, and they won't do that because they know they'll get obliterated in return.
And they SHOULD leave. Who invited them in the first place to invade a foreign country?

They aren’t going it’s as simple as that.

The best we can do is reach a settlement of some kind and it seems to me that’s land and conditions of some sort.

Which will save a lot of lives, which to me, is more important than a chunk of property.

Russia possesses the biggest and most powerful non nuclear bombs in the world. Mini a-bombs without the radiation. They haven’t used them…yet.

The west simply doesn’t have the appetite for a world war over the Ukraine.

We use the word “should” a lot but I think it’s time to close this out and stop the killing.

Whether the annexation of parts of the Ukraine will still exist or be viable in 50 or 100 years time is anyone’s guess.

Borders change over time for many reasons.

Putin and co won’t be around forever and neither will Trumpy.

So I think we should cut a deal and get out of it.

Safe passage for Zelensky and Ukrainian state and military actors.

I want peace as much as you do. I really do.
I travelled all of Eastern Europe and Russia in 1991 after the walls came down. It was the best time ever in that part of the world since WW2 and the cold war.
However, if we give in to Putin now, hand back parts of Ukraine to Russia (just for the sake of peace), where does that lead us?
This tyrant will just do the same again. And if he doesn't in his regime, the next tyrant will.
This is why Europe is as one standing behind Ukraine.
We've seen it all before and it must be stopped.

Yes, I appreciate your position, very much so.

And it’s good that Trumpy is having a swing trying to restore peace.

I’m critical of lot of things he’s done, but this isn’t one of them.
His 'swing' is as atrocious as his golf swing. The ham fisted goon said he could get it sorted and is now realising it might be a bit more complex than he thought. Putin is having his lunch.
