There's enough experts on here providing the results of their eye tests. I add value by providing the opinions of actual experts (pathways coaches and selectors), by clarifying the ages at which these merkins hit their milestones. For example, playing reserve grade at 19 is a much better gauge of ability than how much the player carved up in SG Ball.
Yeah like that dude that claimed Lorenzo is a better developed 5/8 at 19 then Talagi at 19, because his playing skills in SG ball was better...

Blaize is doing very well at 5/8 for the Penrith he still needs to work on his defensive side but all halves will be targeted.

Someone would know how much 5/8 did Blaize play at the age of 19 if you are comparing the 2 btw? I guess it's hard to compare them both as ones now in the NRL. Did Blaize also go from Ball to CUP at 5/8 in the same season?

Do you genuinely have inside info from the pathway coaches by talking to them directly as well?

Here's a tip; pay more attention to what people do than what they say. If the coaches tell some weirdo stranger chasing up the inside scoop that little Johnny is killing it and has potential, but are still picking him in Jersey Flegg at 21, then they actually don't believe what they're saying and are just being polite.

Very hard to take tips from people that don't watch games and just look at stats sorry.

And yet, despite the lack of game time at 6, Penrith still signed him to play there, proving that where you play in junior footy doesn't teach you much at all about playing against NRL level opposition.

Didn't really answer my question did it? You just pointed out what I just said.

Btw Baize was the Aus school boy halfback. So he did play in the halves and prefers the halves hence why he went to Penrith instead of staying with us to play fullback a position he isn't comfortable with.

I know he played in the halves. I've been aware of him since he captained our Harold Matts side.

Des was always going at the end of the season it's been in the media for weeks.

But if I was Hannay I would be looking at what Ryles has done here by cleaning out players to take the pressure of himself and give him a cleaner start..

Keep Campbell, and look to move on anyone over 700k ?

Scott Sattler is a great first appointment from Hannay as there new HOF.

He comes across on SEN as an intelligent person, was great in his media role & smart analyst of the game.

Helped Cartwright setup the Titans for the early success in 2009/2010 when they were a top 4 side.

Sattler won't beat around the bush and wont suffer fools either.

Meanwhile were stuck with MON who is edging closer to racking up long service leave in the joint.

I don't think Hannay appointed Sattler.
From what I read, it seems like he was going back there anyway and it would be a bit unusual for the rookie coach to hire the Director of Football. They have actually moved Lafrannchi from General Manager of Football (Sattler's previous role there) to Recruitment Manager to make room for Sattler.

Saw MON at Leichhardt yesterday. What is with the luxurious jet black hair. Does MON even Parra?

Imagine using that basket case of a club as a means of hanging shit on ours. Next you'll be telling us they are closer to a premiership than we are.
