that in itself is an absolute concern. Appointments without due application process is ridiculous. Some might even say it’s a “dumb dumb” practice. Especially when establishing yourself in a new market you haven’t really operated in for almost 30 years.None of the Perth positions so far have been advertised so are obviously head hunting, speeds up the process and doesn't require a HR dept I suppose.

Sorry they didn’t run it past you first.that in itself is an absolute concern. Appointments without due application process is ridiculous. Some might even say it’s a “dumb dumb” practice. Especially when establishing yourself in a new market you haven’t really operated in for almost 30 years.
For heaven’s sake man. Your efforts behind the keyboard are like a child who gets fun out of tit for tat exchanges.Sorry they didn’t run it past you first.
I’m sure you know best.
Carry on.
Only if they themselves are complete idiots. Some might even say it’s a “dumb dumb” practice.
Dude. He has shown he is pretty much on the inner circle of what is going on with the Perth Bears. He may not be directly involved but he is connected to many people who are. While you are on the outside posting nonsense on here. For heaven’s sake man. Your efforts behind the keyboard are like a child who gets fun out of tit for tat exchanges.
Are you not able to grow up and have a discussion that doesn’t resort to childish swipes at people you disagree with?
You can definitely have your opinion but it’s not worth discussing it because you’re wrong. For heaven’s sake man. Your efforts behind the keyboard are like a child who gets fun out of tit for tat exchanges.

After the first post above, I had mistaken you for another more childish poster I was exchanging with earlier and responded, although your were a little flippant and a bit childish in that comment as well. You can definitely have your opinion but it’s not worth discussing it because you’re wrong.
I’ve said multiple times now in this thread that this organisation is well advanced and just because things haven’t been announced in the media, it’s not a sign for concern.
I won’t divulge into particulars because it’s not my place to. But the Perth Bears from an organisational perspective with commercial operations etc are right where they need to be and tracking as they should be at the current time.
Cook Islands as well.No. Because that hasn’t been its focus. PNG has a massive pool of players neglected for decades. That’s all about to change and the elite pathways will drive players, potentially, into all clubs.
This investment by the government has the potential to change the pathways system throughout the whole of the South Pacific.
Tonga, Samoa, png and Fiji have a potential player pool to dwarf traditional ones.
And I’m sure Abdo and Vlandys know it.
I'm going to keep the faith. There will probably be a few hiccups, but long term they end up a success.I give them 5 years max
