I like how our backs are developing.
I've always put speed and agility above any attributes that a back has and for a forward it's strength in the upper body and powerful leg drive.
Any other argument to this is a bit like the chicken or the egg theory.
Take Sloane for example. The guy has freakish speed and agility but also is a coaches nighmare. Ado Carr who is practically identical, even though aging, offers more with his experience. So there's an example of the argument. I wouldn't take either, just an example.
So what I've seen from May so far with no pre-season, a couple of games in reserve grade plus that reverse pass in the try of the year gives me goose bumps waiting to see what player runs out next year.
He's also still young at 24.

I think it is 650k guys. It doesn't matter, because I think he's SOO material in his last year which could cause us headaches then.

Your a poet, just didn't know it TSP 😄
@Gary Gutful is the forum poet. He’s one of my favourite formers

Ok…

Taylan May
Was dumb one day
Got a gangsta
Neck Tattoo

Hung out with Penrith
Petulance and players
Brains of poo

Add a dash of narcissism
And injecting 100% proof smug
Got into the trouble of course
And went all psycho thug

Sacked so quickly
That kept quiet
And alleged whacks of his wife
Who stands 5 feet tall
Arrested, bailed, in strife

So it was, he beat the rap
The witnesses fail to show
The cops tried hard to adjourn the case
The beak he answered “no”

A close call done
He checked his life
And found that he was sick
And made the choice to change himself
And give himself some stick

The tigers called
Terrell did plead
The club is right for you
Sign up for a train and trial
Redemption there in view

To find yourself and play again
To reach up for the heights
I like to think, we’ve helped him through
In this #weststigerslife.

I’m pretty sure it was “wot larks” from him but as we know, Penrith and the presentation of Salacious gutter stuff are never to’o far away.

This will have a negative impact on their finals campaign so I’m considering abandoning my bandwagon support of them.

I live in the Penrith catchment.

Brian’s deviancy doesn’t surprise me.

But for a few, most of the panthers players in the district have some kind of sexual perverted fetish thing going.
Anything looking like it could be used as a hole or a prong is stolen pretty quickly.

But Benji had his rubber Sharon back in the day.

The one who left him for a Michelin tyre.

I think Benjis romance with Sharon was a bit low brow and sick.

Telling everyone about it was worse still.

He was worried she’d write a memoir I suppose.

Social media is a trap for idiots who say what they are thinking but not thinking about what they are writing.
I've said some dumb things, then after reading it again later I've deleted the post or edited it However there's no excuse for what he did, if it is true
If someone said something out of line about my missus I would want to hit him over the head with my ventilator or my crutches.

None of us are without the sin on the social media front.

But you’d think after the Tyrone May affair, the panther players would be well drilled on this stuff.

It’s a systemic failing of the panthers to transmit social mores and civilised values to players.

If he’s really a disgusting pervert, we don’t want him in our game. But I don’t think he is.

It’s like Spencer doesn’t have a racist bone in his body.

Sport has such a huge part to play in how our kids grow up. With the pressure on both parents to work long hours these days, kids are often unsupervised after school, they are on social media as much as you and me TSP, it's our way to have a social life.
But the generations after us were raised this way, I wasn't. We had a phone out in the street that cost ya.
Socialising was always face to face.
Footy coaches are probably a kids biggest role model if dad isn't.
I can see so many flaws in footy players upbringing that could explain how this rubbish could happen.
A lot of stuff that people write in forums or journos say about other people, wouldn't say it to their faces.
I wonder how these players feel about what was said this time though?

I can’t argue with any of that my son.

On the broader note, social media has been really good for catching up with old friends. Back in the day, people could come in and then out of your life, now you can stay in touch.

I think it’s going to unsettle their campaign a bit.

That’s a heavy price, because they are right in this.

Agree. The main thing is, we did our socialising face to face growing up. We went to mates houses, we played heaps of footy etc Now socialising is on media. Being able to look a person in the eye and chat is becoming more like a talent rather than a natural thing to do.
When I visit my daughter, my grandkids are on facebook for hours.

It’s true we did all that. We had the direct communication and I guess we got practised.

My kids learnt about the dangers of social media at school and we encouraged these school teachings at home.

We’ve been helping look after an abandoned baby. We don’t let a phone near her. But I am getting her used to Wests Tigers stuff!

I’m sure you’d be looking after her too if you could. Good for the heart, a privilege.

Make a wests tigers out of her. No limit on people buying her stuff, stepping up etc.

I won’t post her up, but here’s a donated bouncer lol;

Depends on his team mates. If you're painting an accurate portrait of western Sydney degeneracy then maybe his team mates don't care. Or might even find it funny.

Or were you having a laugh and painting a Picasso instead?

If his team mates take offence it will most certainly have a detrimental effect. The fact he hasn't been dropped would suggest it hasn't.
