From my understanding, this Ashes series is only televised on Fox/Kayo in Australia, correct (i.e. no FTA coverage)?

Correct.

I believe the TV rights (and the anti siphoning laws) only state that Australian matches played in Australia must be available to FTA.

He would like to play for the Kangaroo's
Rooster's in 2026
Then union. World cup
2027

PVL might have something to say about that.

Besides we should be picking guys on this tour who are actually in contention for our RLWC. This is the last international football we will play before that. Handing out jerseys to guys who likely won't be there isn't in our interests.

I tend to agree. But isn't Kevie only guaranteed coach for this tour? It's in his best interest to get a result if he wants the gig long term. If he thinks Nawaqanitawase being in the squad is apart of his best chance of achieving that then I see him being picked any way.

Marky Mark off to RU.

I'd strike him off the list for the Kangaroos team.

Atypical RU player from school age.

Sign awesome deal from brain dead League administrators that actually believe that Yawnion prodigies are useful. Make sh!T loads of money.

Realise a RUWC is coming up, so dump League because (which is true) that game actually cares for their International game..

Return to League after RUWC for another fat cheque..

I believe 24 or 25 player kangaroo tour squad picked
And 2 fullback specialist be selected in the squad
Reece plumber Walsh would be 1 of the 1st selected. Obviously
Who for the 2nd fullback spot ?
Teddy. Pappy. Panthers fullback ?
Heard on radio that it is a 22 man squad

What do they do? The Welsh RU side can get over 60k to watch them play Italy and Argentina, Why can't you get more people to the National stadium of England?
Do you now how far away London is from the north and how much it costs to get there and stay overnight?

why don’t Australians support the kangaroos in Sydney?

either way they’ll be a minimum of 50k at Wembley which is a huge international RL crowd especially for London. I personally think they’ll be north of 60k at Wembley.

Or Sydney.
Stralia have bn winning for so long that interest has waned. More international competition, then I'm sure the Aussies will come out and support in greater numbers. Of course many in western Sydney see themselves and Tonga, Samoan, Lebanese, Maori, Fijian etc first, so that's a factor too.

The Roos are slowly building their brand again after years of lip service to the international game after the SL fiasco where internationals became an afterthought for a decade. Since then we have been playing more tours, pac cups, tri and 4 nations with a more or less regular RLWC sort of. Give it time, the more they play the more they get noticed. The rise in the Pacific can only help.

In regards all that, what's England doing and how about France and Wales? Ireland and Scotland are make believe, yet the ARLC seems to cop flack even though the game has been slowly carving away for decades in this part of the world. What's the Northern hemisphere done beside retract? England should be doing more, esp with countries like Serbia and co who actually have decent setups and grass roots growth.

Being a bit optimistic here, but I'd like to see at least 75k (which would break the world record test match attendance set during the 2013 RLWC final)
