Yep. 10 rows of seats were taken out for the big screen install. Roughly about 2500-3000
What is the point of having three screens together all showing the same thing? They are about the same size as the single screen up the other end.

Atmosphere was pretty good - could not believe the number of Broncos fans there. The screen on the north eastern side was shaking, and you could see level 6 flexing when Chelsea Dagger was fired up.

Level 4 stadium member reserve is the issue. They should have released unsold member reserve areas to the general public. These are two clubs that the majority of the members most likely hate, but basically the entirety of Brisbane wanted to be there. Bit of a waste.

A bit of a rant that will fall on deaf ears - supporter bays should not be allowed to be purchased by opposition supporters.

Use the membership codes to block off areas specifically for each set of supporters and if one set of supporters fail to sell out their bays wishing the membership window, then open it up.

kinda sucked being abused by a drunken Broncos fan all night while I had 15 year Storm member mates stuck at home because they couldn’t get tickets.

True, it does defeat the purpose. I think even better they just need to wait until after the PFs are decided and split the stadium in half, and work with demand from there. Quite a few Broncos priority 1 members missed out too.

A week off between PFs and the GF and there wouldn't be issues selling it out.

Shame about that gronk Broncos fan. Such is attending live footy I guess. Had a similar issue over near my bay - very chirpy Melbourne dude intentionally waved his grubby flag in my pizza at half time. I didn't eat the pizza.

I did enjoy this peak shithousery though lol - Broncos signs in the Melbourne bay!

If you were being abused that badly there are actions you can take to resolve those situations.

Agree. Surely the GF is big enough now that they can hold all ticket sales until after the PFs. That anyone is able to buy a GF ticket in July now seems Rediculous.

You do realise there are general rugby league fans who would like to get tickets and book flights and accommodation regardless of who might make the GF and not wait to be bent over by Qantas and Virgin.

Disagree, keep the Grand Final accessible. The current setup is good, sell to general public early so people can plan trips if they’re not too fussed on who plays, then open up a heap more to the members of clubs involved Monday after the prelims.
