Then Ivan will have learned nothingI am betting on Cogger being our 14. He is quite quick and sharp at dummy half.

What a ride indeed!
But despite the fact that we’ve had to temporarily step off because Brisbane and Melbourne are whinging that they didn’t get their turn, the ride ain’t over yet, despite Darryl Brohman’s protestations to the contrary.
I reckon there are big things in store for Penrith for 2026 and beyond!
My bank account is not dissapointed we couldn't do the 5-peat.
I’ve never suggested Matt Moylan was not a prodigious talent but other than 2016 he just didn’t deliver on a consistent basis to warrant the accolades some want to bestow upon him.Moylan was an unbelievable talent with poor attitude. I have seen many people like him. Blessed with natural talent and good looks, they develop a huge ego and that leads to a lack of character. They are lazy at training and don't put in when things get tough because they feel that on-the-whole their positive attributes outweigh the negative. What is worse is they are RIGHT but that also it's not a good attitude to have around a healthy high performance team, or to actualise their full personal potential.
Moylan was actually a decent defender for us and early in his Sharks career. It is highly ironic that it was the Panthers, in particular Liam Martin that exposed him in this regard.
He’s an upgrade on BS but still think Cole is the way to go.I am betting on Cogger being our 14. He is quite quick and sharp at dummy half.

Yep, no doubt that’s the way IC will go and I’m ok with it. Cogger is a good player. So do I but Ivan seems to believe in having a backup HALFBACK who will often just end up doing hooking duties if they ever get game time at all.
Understanding that, Cogger basically fits the role perfectly and is far more useful than Brad was.
