The grand plan

So the NRL is taking them over ?
The plan was a stake in the ESL - 1/3 or so for starters and a few of the NRL clubs were being sounded out to takeover/provide funding for some of the ESL teams.

It was reported that the Roosters were interested in the Salford Red Devils and rebranding them as the Manchester Roosters.

Having heard anything since.

Superleague and NRL had talks in Vegas and NRL wanted 10 team comp. No agreement. The parties will meet again during ashes to talk about NRL buying stake. Rebel league may just be speculation from people like Mascord. Makes sense because NRL get best clubs and none of baggage, but no rebel league talk for about 6 months.

Would have loved to see a rejuvenated and we'll funded Broncos move in but these 2 sides certainly deserve it more. Not sure how they fair, particularly Toulouse without some funding.
York too half funding

Toulose half funding plus travel costs

They’ll be fine

If toulose stays In sl they can surpass Catalans whose turnover is amongst the highest in sl and on par with small nrl clubs

London next time for hudds

Maybe Salford and Oldham in long term for Manchester representation.
