when some one like Boland is very predictible, its easier to play the ramp shots, even commentators picked up on it

Requires some thinking for the Ashes.

He would be 99% in for Cummins in the first test.

from memory the poms belted him last time, bazball style

That is what I had on my mind.

Haze has plenty of change ups. Starc has pace. Our all rounders are just soaking up overs. Green has a bit of bounce.

If we pick Boland in Perth he needs to bring something to the table.

Looking at this match, Understand why Weatherald got man of the match with his 94 (and 18)

QLD chasing a tricky low total here. Would be an embarrassing loss if they can't chase this down.

Just worry about the embarrassment of losing to Victoria.

Haha.

No fandom here. Others are into it. I've always enjoyed domestic cricket for what it is. The state rivalry doesn't grab me the same way it does in Rugby League.

I suppose I'd like the Blues to be more successful but ultimately our players will be propping up the national side.

Disappointing that it rained. This was the most important shield match of the 3 on today in terms of Ashes spots.

SA top order has failed. Some starts for VIC. Handscomb making a laboured 48 off 157 deliveries.

Beau Webster has gotten through 12 overs so far against VIC (9 no balls, unusually high). Got the wicket of Marcus Harris.

We got some cricket at the Gabba.

Konstas made 10. Big misjudgement. Clean bowled without playing a shot.

Doubt he sees any cricket at International level for a while.
