Roar play during summer (but were moving home ground around due to cost and poor crowds at Suncorp. I haven't followed a league in a long while).
So two NRL games and sometimes one a week and also Ipswich and dolphins will play some fixtures in local areas. Hardly a concern really.

Mate, I liked both of the posts before yours that pointed out my error. Unlike you, they were just trying to inform me of an error, not use it as a reason for personal attacks.

Of course I'm ignorant on professional teams rental agreements for stadiums, unless you're the clubs signing the agreement, most people are.
Doesn't mean I can't speculate - that's the whole point of the forum.

I predicted Redcliffe as expansion team in 2019 and then perth bears without Cummins consortium long before bears were brought on board. NZ2 is in small market cities and brings no value to broadcasters.

The problem is that the NRL has shown little inclination towards expanding past 20 teams - so we either need a replacement of existing team, relocation, OR a sudden willingness to go to 22 teams for both Christchurch & Brisbane 3 to happen.

Yeah, I actually was hoping the Bombers would get it.. as Redcliffe looked too isolated & suburban to my eyes - but I have to admit their efforts to become more of a "Whole of Brisbane, Broncos alternative" in the NRL has exceeded my expectations.
