And we waited 90 minutes-ish for Samoa to seal it in a couple of minutes.

Katoa needs to develop more to his game than digging into the line. Zero threat playing the same way against Samoa today.

Has anyone mentioned the possibility of Suncorp stadium running out of food?
The merkinyist thing was as soon as the game started they announced the bus service was stopping at 6:45. They didn’t extend the bus time to compensate for the match finish time so fans were leaving 5 minutes after the game restarted

Tonga. 17 FKZ given.
Loved the atmosphere. Soooo many flags..The game was fast and brutal. What a blessing it would be to have a front row rotation of Haas, Molo, Papalii, May with Paulo at lock.

Food and alcohol service stops at the kick off of the 2nd half. Its part of the liqour and F&B licencing
What???? That seems unnecessarily pedantic. Is that a Qld thing? I don't think it's a NSW things because I'm sure I've bought food in the 2nd half of a match before.

SFS used to do that. Only know cause I used to work for the SFS/SCG when going through Uni so I could watch games after half time, even Cricket used to have some silly closure rules after the 1st innings of a ODI. But that was the 90s.

The times I've been to the SFS lately I've been in corporate (a mates mate is a sponsor and she doesn't like sport so passes the tickets on to me) and the bar is usually still open at the end - but not sure about out with the plebs.

Must be hard for vendors to have their ability to make revenue cut off at half time. Especially when there's a crowd all sitting around waiting for play to resume.

It's just after half time. Like 10mins into that. I've worked corporate boxes and that always goes to the end.
