He actually looked settled at the Eels, don't think he was unhappy at the Eels per se, just that there is bigger money being offered in another venture but Lomax himself is not going to announce it currently just in case it doesn't come off and he has to come back sulking to the NRL.

Lomax is obviously a bit of a different dude but hes a very good player and this is a big loss for the Eels, especially coming at this time of year. Interesting to see if theres any big names shuffled around in the off season like Terrell May was last year.

Yeah, I was sort of looking forward to seeing him and Moses in action, since their first season was very disrupted with injury. I thought their combination could have been lethal.

Brent Read was on NRL 360 earlier this year and the panel were discussing the Dolphins getting thrashed one particular week. He said that he received a text with the Dolphins scoreline and that he was quite surprised by the score. Hasn’t he heard of a thing called the internet and the NRL app? You can actually check the score anytime yourself if you want! It’s like magic.

Though to be fair when I googled to check I wasn't getting Gary and Nick confused the first AI result told me under seige had neither. it was a thriller with Harrison Ford and Tommy Lee Jones and Tommy won an academy award. (So the fugitive)

So maybe Brent did Google and they gave him the scoreline from the undefeated Miami Dolphins season ?

He got blocked too often even in the few games he did play with Moses, and even when getting to the kick his first thought always seemed to be the bat back to dick fingers Penisini who inevitably dropped the ball. It sounds great on paper but unless Ryles drilled into him to actually catch the ball first it was never really going to be that potent.
