Don’t forget the classic:

Dopey merkin gets up the guts to have another crack at Pou
Dopey merkin gets his argument refuted
Dopey merkin tries a different angle, gets refuted again
Dopey merkin accuses Pou of circular argument
You thrive on the attention, you starved clown. That’s why you keep crawling back for more. I get that Canberra is mind-numbing, but you’ve just broken the record for consecutive desperate posts.

We granted him a release from his contract with the condition & stipulation of the early release he couldn't play for another NRL club until 2029 when his 4 year contract parramatta finished unless we forgo that right down the track.

Perth can talk to him but under the terms of agreement he can't play for another club until 2029 unless we remove the terms of the release and grant permission for Zac to play for another club.

Now we could very do so but what are we getting back for that.

Perth have f**k all to offer us in players. There struggling themselves.

Transfer fee actually means nothing we don't get extra cap money to spend on other players.

I think most fans will be rightly fuming if we roll over and let Zac walk into another NRL Club before 2029 unless its advantageous to us like getting a quality calibre player in return doesn't have to be a winger but someone of rep quality from the club that Zac wants to end up at.

Like most of have said he chose this path & now he can rot in Rugby for 3 years.
What we get from releasing him is use of his salary cap space. That could certainly f**k us around in 2026, because there’s no equivalent replacement available, but for 2027 and beyond there’s dozens of players on the market.

So the only time it would suit us to block him returning to the NRL at another club is for the coming season. After that, who cares?

The clause and transfer fee was always to set a precedent so that we are not seen as easy marks.

As much as people talk about cuck chairs, Ryles knew what he was doing.
I hope he understands restraint of trade. We might hold exclusive rights to Lomax as an NRL player, but if we’re not going to exercise those rights by signing him if he wants to return, can we really prevent him playing in the NRL altogether?

Do we just roll over and provide relief to another club due to Lomax getting stuffed by R360 . You are becoming seriously delusional each day, early in your efforts to outpost everyone it wasn’t too bad, now it’s beyond a joke. Have a look at the numerous comments avd pull your head in.

You mock people who watch lower grades avd state that stats are the answer, here’s a big clue—-they’re not.

Could we not put a release fee on him if another club wants him similar to esl , I'm sure sarantinos and O'Neill are all over it anyway

You're being over dramatic. We get to say no to him. First right of refusal at same terms.

Lomax opted to piss off to another code. While still having 3 years to go on his contract

We granted him his wish to go play another sport on the proviso if he comes back before 2029 its either with us or on our terms.

Lomax broke the terms not us.

Now Lomax is never playing again for us but why should roll out the red carpet for him to waltz back into the code another club to benefit before he served his penance basically which was a 4 year.

As you say not our problem his an idiot and R360 didnt get off the ground.

Let him rot in rugby

We can take him back if we want him, all the way to 2029.

Stick to the footy.

I watch lower grades, on BarTV Sports. It is entertaining but offers little insight on the players. Stats are far more reliable.
