You’re an embarrassment for helping vote in the most useless prime minister this country has ever endured. Albanese is a walking indictment on modern Australian politics — weak, hollow, and completely out of his depth. The fact that Pauline Hanson has managed to crawl back into relevance isn’t some miracle comeback on her part, it’s a damning reflection of how badly this country has been mismanaged under Albo and his pack of ideological deadweights.

When incompetence sits at the top, the gutter inevitably starts to look appealing. That’s not Pauline’s doing — that’s the legacy of this government.

You're also an embarrassment for assuming I helped vote in Albanese.

It's also an indictment of the opposition that he faces. "Your mob" can't even get their own shit together.
Let alone challenging a govt with a massive majority.
Get ready for another 3 years of Labor mate at the next election. Because that is a given.

OMG.
What an embarrassment she is.
She seems to forget the current demographic of the Australian population.
All she is appealing to is the Cronulla Riot mob and the elderly white citizens of our country who were brought up on meat and 3 veg in the 50's.

Did you actually listen to what she said or did you just go straight toward the racist Ranga?
No where did she say not to allow migrants in she said to cut it back and to vet the skilled migrants first.

USA's ROAD TO DYSTOPIA

WHAT TRUMP IS BUILDING RIGHT NOW

Let me paint you the picture of what is happening in real f**king time, because Americans are sleepwalking into a nightmare.

Trump just told America he will only accept the 2026 midterm results if they are "honest." The guy who tried to steal 2020, who got indicted for asking Georgia to find 11,780 votes, who incited a goddamn insurrection, now gets to be the judge of what is honest. That is not democracy. That is dictatorship 101.

He is openly calling for Republicans to nationalize elections in 15 states. Detroit, Philadelphia, Atlanta, all cities that vote overwhelmingly Democrat. The Constitution, Article 1 Section 4, explicitly gives states the power to run elections. Trump does not give a f**k. He said states are just agents for the federal government. Legal experts, constitutional scholars, even Republican senators are saying this is blatantly unconstitutional. He does not care.

His National Intelligence Director, Tulsi Gabbard, a woman who has peddled conspiracy theories about the CIA and foreign election interference, showed up at the FBI raid in Georgia and called Trump on her cellphone so he could personally thank the agents seizing 700 boxes of 2020 ballots. That completely shatters any pretense of separation between the Department of Justice and the president's personal vendetta. The New York Times reported he spoke directly to FBI agents during an active investigation. That is banana republic shit.

THE DETENTION INFRASTRUCTURE

Now let's talk about what Trump is building with your tax dollars while you are distracted by the culture war bullshit.

ICE has spent over 256 million dollars purchasing warehouses across America. Not leasing. Purchasing. Twenty-three facilities in at least 17 states. These are not temporary holding centers. These are permanent detention facilities designed to house thousands of people indefinitely.

One facility in El Paso, Texas, is designed for 8,500 beds. That is bigger than the largest federal prison in the United States. Another in Surprise, Arizona, 418,000 square feet, the size of seven football fields. They paid 102 million for a warehouse in Maryland, 84 million in Pennsylvania, 70 million in Arizona.

The total expansion budget? 45 billion dollars, funded by Trump's recent tax cuts for the wealthy.

Here is what should terrify you: Non-criminal detainees, people who have not been charged with any crime, have increased 2,500 percent in one year. From 945 people in January 2025 to 24,644 people in January 2026. These are people who would normally be working their way through immigration courts while living in their communities. Now they are being warehoused indefinitely in facilities that Human Rights Watch describes as "inhuman and degrading conditions."

And ICE stopped reporting detainee deaths, which are at all-time highs.

THE MILITARIZATION OF AMERICA

Trump has repeatedly tried to deploy the military against American citizens on American soil, which violates the Posse Comitatus Act and 200 years of democratic norms.

He deployed or attempted to deploy National Guard troops to Los Angeles, Portland, Chicago, Minneapolis, and Washington DC. Federal courts keep ruling these deployments unconstitutional. He keeps doing it anyway.

He threatened to invoke the Insurrection Act in Minnesota after ICE agents killed Renee Good, a 37-year-old American mother of three. His response was to call protesters insurrectionists and threaten to send in the military.

Nineteen Democratic governors issued a joint statement warning that Trump is politicizing the military and preparing to use troops for voter suppression in blue areas during the 2026 midterms. Illinois Governor JB Pritzker said explicitly: Trump has "other aims, other than fighting crime" and this is part of a plan to "stop the elections in 2026 or, frankly, take control of those elections."

California Governor Gavin Newsom pointed out that federalized National Guard troops are assigned through Election Day. "Is that a coincidence? Through Election Day?!"

WHAT THE DYSTOPIAN ENDGAME LOOKS LIKE

Here is how this plays out if Americans do not wake the f**k up:

NOVEMBER 2026: Democrats win the midterms in a blue wave. Fox News polling already shows Democrats would win 52 percent of the House vote, the highest support for either party Fox has ever recorded. Trump knows he is about to get destroyed.

TRUMP'S RESPONSE: He claims widespread fraud in Detroit, Philadelphia, Atlanta, the exact cities he is already targeting. He uses the seized Georgia ballots as "evidence." He deploys ICE and federalized troops to Democratic cities under the guise of election security.

THE CRACKDOWN: Protesters hit the streets. Trump invokes the Insurrection Act, calling them domestic terrorists. Federal agents, already operating masked in unmarked vehicles, start mass arrests. Those 23 detention warehouses? They fill up fast. Not with undocumented immigrants. With American citizens who dare to protest a stolen election.

THE CONSTITUTIONAL CRISIS: Democratic governors refuse to certify results. Trump claims they are in rebellion. He sends in more troops. You now have federal forces occupying American cities, arresting Americans without warrants, holding them indefinitely without charges in detention centers designed to hold 8,500 people at a time.

THE FINAL DOMINO: Trump refuses to accept any result where Republicans lose. He claims the federal government has the right to take over elections. The Supreme Court, with six Republican justices, several of whom are MAGA loyalists, rules in his favor. Elections are effectively nationalized. Democrats never win another meaningful election.

THIS IS NOT HYPERBOLE. THIS IS THE DOCUMENTED PLAN.

Human Rights Watch released a report titled "Sliding Towards Authoritarianism" documenting Trump's "pervasive assault on rights and freedoms" and warning that America has taken "a decided shift toward authoritarianism."

The Union of Concerned Scientists published an analysis titled "Divide and Destroy" documenting how Trump is "chipping away at democracy, piece by piece, and moving the country closer to authoritarian rule."

The Carnegie Endowment for International Peace asked "Will Trump Govern as a Strongman?" and outlined four crucial signals of authoritarian descent. All four are flashing red.

Democratic governors are openly warning about Civil War 2.0. This is not leftist paranoia. These are elected officials preparing for the real possibility of armed federal agents occupying their states to suppress votes.

THE HANDMAID'S TALE MEETS 1984

You want the full dystopian nightmare? Here it is:

Trump builds the infrastructure for mass detention. He militarizes against dissent. He seizes election materials and puts loyalists in charge of investigating fraud that does not exist. He openly declares he will only accept honest results, meaning results where he wins.

When Democrats win in November despite all the gerrymandering and voter suppression, he claims fraud, deploys troops, fills those detention centers with protesters, and the Supreme Court backs him because they are captured.

By 2028, elections are a f**king joke. You still go through the motions, but the federal government controls the outcomes. Dissent gets you labeled a domestic terrorist. Protest gets you detained indefinitely without trial in a warehouse in the middle of nowhere. The military patrols American cities. The free press is dismantled. Civil society is crushed.

And Americans, the same Americans who spent 200 years bragging about freedom and democracy, wake up one day to realize they are living in an authoritarian state, and it happened so gradually, piece by piece, that they did not see it coming until it was too f**king late.

THE CHOICE

This is not some distant hypothetical. This is happening right now. The infrastructure is being built. The legal groundwork is being laid. The messaging is being tested.

Americans have nine months until the midterms. Nine months to decide if they are going to fight like hell to defend democracy, or if they are going to sleepwalk into authoritarianism because it is easier to believe it could never happen here.

Spoiler alert: It can. It is. And unless millions of Americans get off their arses and vote, protest, organize, and demand accountability, 2026 might be the last real election you ever see.

Welcome to the road to dystopia. Population: 330 million people who thought it could never happen to them.

Well how did you come to that conculsion? No where did she say anything about a white australia. She basically spewed out the new 2026 migration policy.

That's fine.
I made up my mind about PH 20 years ago.
I haven't changed my mind since then.
May I ask you a question for you to answer honestly?
Would you be happy for her to be our PM and dictate govt policy?
I sure as shit wouldn't.

No one would. She sounds like a dope. Like a female version of Albo but with less government support.

The "return" of Pauline is actually almost 100% down to the rabble of the (former) LNP coalition, having so few seats and then falling apart so spectacularly to leave conservative right voters looking around for a different answer.

Any increased interest in One Nation come election time will by and large come at the expense of the Liberals, the Nationals, the Shooters and Fishers - all similar parties competing for the same scraps... Maybe Pauline's just suddenly looking better now to conservative right voters, than the sorry collection of Ley, Taylor, Hastie, Littleproud, Price etc?

The only way to have a good government that works for the people is to have a good opposition.

the LNP is a walking disaster. Pathetic beyond reproach which is why the conservative are rushing to PH. Albanese is playing the country like a NRL player with no depth or competition behind him to keep him honest.

it’s a downright embarrassment that the 2 leaders of the major parties are downright embarrassments to the nation.

So we circle back to where I said that Sky News After Dark doesn’t take her seriously. They don’t.

Chris Kenny sees her as nothing other than a useful idiot. The hillbilly at the end of the street that they need to keep happy because they might need to borrow her tractor sometime in the future.

Unless you think it’s viable for PHON to be part of a 3 way coalition? Hey maybe she could be Foreign Minister in the new government ? That would be a hoot. 🤣
