Good for the confidence at least in attack, even though leaking 32 points is still poor rugby league.

Brisbane have a lot of work to do to even be top 4 this year.

I still can't believe we won! Although our defence is putrid, the win will do wonders for our confidence. I was surprised JR used TDS at the end, but he looked sharp and more importantly passed well from dummy half. Tuivati and Doorey showed what running straight and hard with good leg speed will do.

If only Kelma could get up and back onside after making a tackle! Iongi caught out of position way too many times. KK and Pezet also a major weakness in defence.

Broncos won't be intimidating anyone for a while with their defence.

Gotta give a shoutout to Samrani, did a lot of tough stuff. Won’t ever be a superstar, but his size and attitude is an asset.

I f**king have gone on about it for ages! Give the f**king kid a proper chance, he has heaps to offer. He rips in so much more than WP.

Samrani can play and can lock down a spotin our backline for good, trust me.

I will say, the Broncos do look off. Whether it’s a regular premiership hangover or there’s something to these “nobody likes Madge” stories, they look very well off the pace. This must be the first time in premiership history that the reigning premiers have gone 0-2 to start the year with both home losses.

I dont know about two home losses in the first two rounds, but pretty sure Broncos lost their first two home games in 1999 and 2007.
