I have already admitted the Roosters have a small junior league. Every man and his dog know that. But again, that is no argument against any club buying any available player according to salary caps, which all clubs do. The only club to exceed that salary cap was the Melbourne Storm and they were severely punished for it. Anything else you obviously are claiming are unsupported rumors, envious rhetoric and deceitful lies. End of story.
