We will need to start better but as long as our defence stays at the standard its been, we compete at a high percentage again and get no injuries we will be to strong.

Just on a side note .Yes we have great coaching staff.but who ever has the job is dissecting and looking at the opposition is brilliant. Penrith had a clear plan to attack the wing of marky mark.He drifts in leaving a overlap which we gained a great advantage over the chhooks
I feel sides have been reluctant to attack him due to his size and speed .But after this game he may see a lot more attack coming his way from other teams

Big props to Mitch Kenny as well, his service from dummy half has been outstanding to start the year, his passing has been so crisp.

Mitch up against 2 supposed boom quality hookers in the last two weeks and IMHO outplayed both.
The quiet achiever of the Penrith system who just goes about his business.

Plus he loves to belt blokes....often.

2022 with Api and Luai is probably the peak. Throw in Kikau too.

But we've got so many players in form at the moment. They are playing with such confidence. They might break some attacking records this season.

Ennis may have talked up Teddy but he absolutely smokes us off the majority of time.

The first try of Jenkins where we ran 3 one out plays directly at their right edge from 10m, was elite planning from our coaching team.

Paps and Blaize needed time to coach the Parra stink off them. Paps had to get the Tigers stench as well

I think Paps was pretty bloody good last year. He’s a great player, always works hard and he plays really well edge and middle and score tries in either position.

I just hope ivan doesn't flog marto and paps minutes wise. Garner as we all know now is more than capable and arguably been our best 2md rower the last 12 months. He needs an even share of the mins.

Henry back in for phillips. Phillips has done brilliantly but henry comes straight back in.

Would really just love to let tago go for a 15-20min period one game in the middle.
